HP makes the best game computers you will not be disappointed

This omen pc is probably the best pc i haves in a minute

When I plugged the pc in and pressed the power button, it didnt power on. I went back to best buy and they offered a replacement. I asked if before I left we just plug it in and make sure it worked. The other brand new pc didnt start either, so I’m going with a different manufacturer and model. The techs at the geek squad desk said that it seems that this is a flawed model.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He loves it! Stays on it all the time.

A great computer for gaming, especially when compare to other brands such as Alienware. However, the one issue I have is the video card will lock up every once in awhile.

Ignoring the fact that this thing is white, its a fantastic machine.

Has great performance for the money. Cant go wrong with this one.

Performance Issues: From the get-go, the system's performance was subpar. It struggled with tasks that should have been a breeze for a new machine. USB Connectivity: The USB connections seemed weak and inconsistent, causing frequent disruptions. Windows 11 Complications: Ever since the Windows 11 update, the computer has been virtually unusable. Following the first update, it consistently fails to start. I've gone through the tedious process of reinstalling Windows 11 nearly 10 times, only to face the same issue repeatedly. Time-Consuming Support: I invested a significant amount of time reaching out to Best Buy and then HP support, trying to find a solution. Sadly, my efforts were in vain. Order Mishap: To add to the frustration, this wasn't even the computer I initially wanted. Due to some shipping constraints at Best Buy, they offered me this HP model as a substitute. In conclusion, both my experiences with this HP desktop and Best Buy's service have been deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that potential buyers approach this product with caution and that Best Buy and HP take note of such issues for the sake of their customers.

I ordered this computer because I am a long time lover of HP products. I was seeking a decent prebuilt gaming PC. I ordered this online at BestBuy and had it shipped to the store. Shipped quickly and box arrived in good condition. Brought it home, and it would not start. Took it back to BestBuy and GeekSquad looked over the PC and was not able to get it to start. It was returned and then a new one ordered. The new one I had shipped to my home since I live 50 minutes away from my local BestBuy. The new one arrived quickly, but would not start either! I drove back to BestBuy and GeekSquad worked on the brand new computer for an hour and was not able to get it to start. They researched for a computer that was similar price and had the same components I was striving to get in a PC. I ended up purchasing a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - 1TB SSD - Black and it started without issues and runs my games smoothly! Highly recommend getting a CyberPowerPC. I would suggest everyone to AVOID purchasing this HP computer. It’s poorly designed which causes numerous issues with DOA. Either it’s shorting out and/or causing motherboard issues.

Pretty good. I was surprised to see that when running Adobe Lightroom the computer does seem to be a bit laggy.

Great buy for the money! Sleek design and plenty of power for the games I have been throwing at it, no issues at all! Not top of the line but, top of the line for the sale price at the time!

For 6 years, I used an old run of the mill Asus Essentio desktop tower. It wasn't a fast computer but got done what I needed it for. Fast forward to last week, I have bought the desktop of my dreams.

Im an older gamer so this was a massive upgeade of my old IBUYPOWER PC ive had for a decade. It had got to the point of no more upgrades and this was a great choice

Its a good started, but i wish a few things came bigger. Like the Ram

Christmas gift for grandson. Just set it up and everything works great! He’s a big gamer, and so far everything is running great and he loves the graphics.

This is my 4th HP Omen gaming pc and I have no complain regarding of speed. Quiet and fast the only downturn to me is that the ssd drive should be 1 tb.

Good starter pc, Not good for hi res in demanding games, Other then that its great, Very responsive and capable

Drove 2 hours away first time to get it because it was on sale, PC ended up not powering on when i got home. Went to geek squad they did not even open the case to see what was wrong. Reordered it at customer service and got it 2 days later. With all of that being said its a decent prebuilt :) you might want to look into upgrading the ssd eventually
