Worst experience ever.

I immediately contacted support. I got transferred 3 different times. Finally I got someone to help me. That person said they had a replacement in stock at the store and that I could get it for the same price. I asked if I needed them to hold it for me and they said no and so I left right away. When I got to the store they didn’t have an open box version like they said they did. Then, they refused to price match it even though I specifically drove to that location because the online rep said they had it. They offered me nothing to make up my time or the poor experience at the store. Only offered to replace the item and pay more for a new one which was unacceptable after all the hassle. Worst experience ever.

Almost instant booting thanks to the SSD! I have only 1 complaint: that there’s only 1 HDMI port, so for a dual monitor setup, you’ll need a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter if both of your monitors are HDMI

Not bad for HP

About the only con so far is the thermals as both the cpu and the gpu get pretty hot especially when gaming.

Arrived not working
