I love this PC so far, solid cool running rig that keeps up with all the games. I wish there was more memory space on a SSD sata instead of the HHD but nothing you cant change yourself like me.

It’s a good gaming desktop for users who are just starting out. I highly recommend buying an additional fan once you get it because it tends to run around 120-150 degrees while gaming.

Bought this less than a month ago and worked fine for the first few weeks until one day it stopped displaying on my monitor. Monitor worked just fine with other devices. Brought it in and was told to just exchange because it was most likely a defective motherboard or graphics card. Got new one deliver next day and didn’t even power on once plugged in. I guess their whole inventory was defective.

Decent setup, just not worth the price. Need a stronger cooler and compatible ram.

Not good the case i compacted the PC will get overheated.

Underpowered PSU, constant crashes, lagging, etc. Might have gotten a lemon, but was not impressed.

Great desktop, ran good and played everything on high settings went upgraded the ram and cooler..

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was dead on arrival. I drove 6 hours to pick it up in order to use it on the same day. We had brought it to our closest best buy after finding out that it didn’t work properly, they turned us down because we had gotten it from a different best buy. Don’t waste your money or time purchasing a computer from best buy.

Its a great PC, only downside is that the omen logo light in front of the pc is not lighting up.

unfortunately the pc was dead on arrival, wasnt able to hook it up and use it ealry enough to return it since I was still waiting on my monitor to come. Definitley not the most happy about it, but sent it to hp and they are fixing it.

Runs good, but unfortunately had audio crackling and audio popping issues with certain applications. Specifically, VALORANT and when I was streaming on twitch it would also make my audio crackle and pop when someone would follow me. Apparently i was not the only one with this issue, i think it’s an issue with HP and because of that i personally think this PC is not worth $1500 at all. I tried to get help from geek squad and they couldn’t even figure it out. I tried updating the audio drivers and installing new ones and still wouldn’t work.

amazing PC especially for beginning gamers! definitely recommend if your kid wants to start gaming!

Storage is OK and I think the fan could be better.

I really enjoy playing ghost hunters and don't starve together on this pc! custom RGB is fun too!

Good desktop with lots of usable software installed. Specifically designed for gamers.

Bought for my son at college and he's thrilled with it. He's a daily gamer.

Very fast setup. Only bloat ware was McAfee. Boot time 30 to 45 seconds.

Plug and play, purchased for school and gaming. Happy with the investment.
