This monitor gets the job done. Mainly used for productivity and gaming. It is a nice balance between glossy and matte (I prefer glossy for the vibrant colors). This monitor is far more vibrant than my glossy monitors. Games and text look crisp on this device and the high refresh rate is another selling point.

Wonderful monitor. I got it on a Black Friday deal. It’s brighter and more vibrant than my first HP omen monitor but matches up well next to the other one. Functions were improved from my older model. I wish it came with a mount for my stand though. Had to buy a custom slot from Etsy to use my stand.

Nice omen monitor gaming can run 140hz and easy to use

I don't know how or why, but some screens just feel right. This is one of them. The colors are subtle and precise; the resolution is just right. I love having G-sync/Free-sync so my video games avoid tearing. The adjustable stand is handy. But more than anything, I love this monitor because the image is a thing of beauty.

Hands down the best monitor I have ever owned. Using this with a AMD Radeon 5700XT And Ryzen 7 3700X CPU. Action on all MMO games smooth as silk. Colors just pop. Details are excellent and black levels were much better than expected. 500 bucks is a bargain for everything it has. Massive upgrade over my Acer XG270HU

Works exactly how it’s supposed to. Design is great on this product. Compared this to the dell s2721dgf. Colors when tweaked are very close to the dell, hardly a noticeable difference. However, the contrast on the omen makes the omen a better choice for FPS gamers. The contrast makes it easier to see people farther away.

This monitor is great. This is my first step into a QHD monitor with a high refresh rate and I'll never go back. It's plenty bright and the images are very smooth. Has some gaming specific features as well such as customizable cross hairs.

If you can get it on sale then it’s a deal worth getting.

Great monitor for competitive gaming. Colors look great on this monitor with little to no ghosting. I got this for around 400 with taxes for BF and I would 100% recommend this for people that want to play at 1440p. The rear RGB is really not noticeable but the bottom flood light is really usable.

Great monitor for 144hz 1440p gameplay, but you have to tweak it a little bit. Out of the box at 165hz that is claimed, does not work. Games look absolutely horrible. Kinda ridiculous that they'd advertise 165hz but it's legitimately unplayable. After limiting the monitor to 144hz everything looks great. Totally different experience coming from a washed out 1080p 144hz BENQ. Colors on the monitor look fantastic. Since 240hz is becoming more available though I would consider options before purchasing this product.

Originally came in to browse. I had been in the market for a gaming monitor and stumbled upon the Omen 27i. Prior to this I was looking at Dells or LGs but I will have to say the colors on this monitor are pretty nice. Not to mention the price I was able to get it at. Great monitor for the sale price.

After doing plenty of homework trying to get the best of both worlds in terms of color and refresh rate, I've found it. This is an IPS monitor that has an excellent refresh rate for gaming. The 1440p is perfect for what I need and is a welcome upgrade. The stand is excellent, and is incredibly easy to assemble.

This monitor has amazing and vibrant picture quality it blows my old 27 inch 1080p monitor out of the water as far as sharpness and overall picture quality. This monitor is a bit pricey but man i have to say that its worth it and it looks and feels so premium. Very happy with this purchase.

Could not be happier with this monitor! I spent a lot (A LOT) of time researching 2K monitors. The HP Omen had the best set of features for the price- and I was not disappointed. G-Sync worked right out of the box and immediately went to 165Hz refresh rate -- no messing with settings to get things working.

I was aphrenrsive at first about buying an HP product, but I really needed a gaming monitor for my Xbox One X and PC. If you aren't interested in HDR or 4k gaming then this is the monitor for you. I find that 2k/1440p/QHD is the sweet spot for optimal gaming - crisp resolution, fast refresh rate, and price. + If you want an HDR monitor then you'd have to fork over quite a bit more than this price range. + 2k is the sweet spot + Build quality is exceptional. (base is all metal and very sturdy) + There's a headphones hanger built into the stand + I saw no dead pixels + Clean face. thin bezel, no buttons on the front. + Freesync and Gsync + DVI cable comes packaged + Back LED mood light + Lower work LED below + Both lights are customizable + bunch of built-in gaming things (crosshairs, fps counter, etc) Only minor gripe I have is that the foot and vesa mount is not square with the monitor. It is rotated, in a diamond fashion. Aesthetically looks cool, but it's a minor annoyance if you use monitor stands or arms.
