It's a good monitor for gaming as it has really picture quality and a high refresh rate. A little bit expensive but worth it if you use your monitor a lot. It feels like it is well built and durable.

Perfect quality monitor. If you are like me and going from high refresh rate 1080 but want something that looks a bit better. This is a great choice, the colors and everything are impeccable.

I have owned asus, acer and dell I never thought I could love a monitor as much as I love this one it is so smooth and the colors are vibrant in game! I love how you can change the rgb lighting on the back and underneath the monitor $500 well spent! Now all my friends want one! lol

Adding a true gaming monitor to my PC has been a game changer. I was originally looking for a second monitor. So glad I chose one that worked together with my video card. Quality makes a huge difference.

For whats its worth, i do believe it is a good monitor. My only complaint is that the setting you choose does not stay. It stays for the first couple days but after, everytime you start your computer turns back. It goes back to the original default setting. Other then that i am satisfied with it

The picture on this thing is amazing. Got this on a deal during Black Friday and I am sure glad I did. The build quality on this thing is next level and it immediately screams premium. The colors and response time are great.

My son recently purchased this monitor and is so happy with the graphics. He plays World of Warcraft and he can now see images within the game that he hadn’t been able to see with his other monitor. It’s expensive but worth the price!

The monitor has great clarity and customization options. I do wish it had HDR but I am happy with everything else. The build is sturdy and reliable. I also like the external lights and headset holder.

Monitor offers more than I could imagine, coming from someone who has played Xbox on a larger tv. Now on pc with this monitor and it’s amazing

I purchased it open-box. Although it was written "all accessories included" in the description, it didn't have HDMI cable (probably previous buyer decided to keep it and BB haven't done their inspection well). Fortunately, I already had USB-C -> HDMI cable. Monitor itself is great! Exactly right resolution (2K) and top-quality panel from LG. I know that this is a gaming monitor, but I purchased it not for this purpose but just because how much I like higher refresh rate. I use it with my MacBook Air 2020 and with HDMI connection it drives 2K at 144Hz. Very smooth. Not 165Hz as this monitor is capable of, but 144Hz is more than enough for me. Maybe someday I'll try Display Port cable to try to get full 165Hz (if Mac OS supports it). I tried multiple 4K options in the last few months, but wasn't able to get crisp and clear picture in Windows when using vdi connection through Citrix. In Mac OS everything is crisp, but when switching to Citrix Windows connection everything is blurry. I know it is most probably Citrix Workspace issue with proper translation of resolution+scaling but it is what it is. While 2K works perfectly fine in both. Color reproduction and uniformity is excellent on this monitor as well, dramatic difference comparing to cheaper 4K monitors. Height is adjustable, which is very convenient. All in all, highly recommended. Especially if you can get it on sale or in excellent open-box condition.

Loving this monitor! Upgraded from a 24in 1080p TN and holy crap the color is so much better. Will need to upgrade my GPU eventually to take full advantage of the 165hz. But 1440p is amazing even at 100fps! Would buy again!

Calibration out-of-the-box was fine. Definitely better than cheaper displays that are washed out and have terrible contrast (I have another HP one sitting on my desk that's just awful). The hardware controls give you lots of options but NVIDIA Control Panel or Intel HD Control Center will still be your go-to for tweaking brightness, contrast, and saturation if you do any creative work. 165 Hz + GSync. It's great. Zero backlight bleed or dead pixels and brightness is consistent. Hight adjustment and pivot functions are sturdy. My only complaint is that the base is a square and has a pointy bit that extends past the display and I can't push it back on my desk as far as I would like. It's right up against my wall and that tip will probably dig into it. Not a huge deal.

Upgrading from a 24" display so this 27" IPS panel is a nice upgrade. Colors, build quality, and features are all great. I was debating on the HP, Dell and LG models with similar features and am happy I got the HP.

bought this monitor with my new Xbox. The monitor is very pretty and 120 HRZ xbox gaming is a dream. On sale for $250, this thing is a dream.

I have had this monitor for several months now. I have always had “basic” cheap monitors in the past. While this is not 4k, I must say that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

I was searching for a new monitor for my gaming set up, since my cheap monitor I got at Walmart was not cutting it when it came to PC gaming. I stumbled upon this guy here. I got it when it was $400 and newly released. I will say, for $400, this monitor spoils me. The difference between my 60hz /1080p monitor vs this gem is night and day. The colors will need some calibration if you're needing the best picture possible, although there are pre programmed modes on the monitor that you can select for you liking. The lighting is nice, its your standard RGB controller through the OMEN command center, Overall I would get this product if you want the best bang for your buck in terms of getting the best quality for gaming, without paying so much for that quality

This monitor works fantastic and was super simple and easy to setup. Make sure you check out the OMEN app on ur pc so you can change the light color on the back and underside of the monitor!
