I absolutely LOVE this monitor. It looks so clean and the fact that I can change the back light is perfect! I loved it so much that I bought 2 hahaha

Where to begin - HP really knocked it out of the park with this one. As a desktop powerhouse, this monitor will do it all. Gaming at 2K resolution, 165Hz refresh rate at the highest setting (it offers 5 tiers of refresh speed), and both G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility, you won't really find yourself asking for more. The design is another huge selling point. The almost frameless design is very sleek, as well as are the rear and bottom LED's. Don't expect a crazy light show, they're mildly programmable (choose from 10 different colors, patterns etc) The stand is very industrial and sleek, and even includes a nice headphone rest on the rear. Connections are bit skewed, but I like the non traditional set up (the connection points are at a 45 degree angle due to the the diamond shaped connection hub). In terms of connections, expect all of the standards: DisplayPort 1.2 (which you'll need to hit those high frames), HDMI 2.0, 2 USB 3.0 and even a USB 3.0 downstream connection for expandability and help in reducing clutter. Oh, and an 1/8" audio out jack. The monitor also comes with internal speakers which I found relatively powerful for a high end monitor (audio is hit or miss on monitors these days). I mainly use this monitor as a main monitor for my Macbook and as a gaming monitor for Xbox One X. All my games look incredible on the 2K screen, you won't be able to discern a huge difference in resolution in comparison for example to a 4K monitor or TV. Last thing I want to touch on is the internal settings. Very impressive. Expect ability to tweak the image to your liking, even a blue light eliminating setting. All around great monitor, I've only had one weird issue where the screen goes completely green-scale while watching a video in full screen mode, but it has only happened a handful of times and seemed to have worked itself out. Doesn't happen in any other instance. Worth the money. Treat yourself.

I have had many gaming monitors and the HP omen is one of the better ones I’ve had with the easy Assembly, and the amount of setting for the picture quality. The rgb on this monitor is beautiful, the picture quality is even better this is better then an acer predator monitor, and to go through the settings you don’t have an all in one power button you have a separate joystick to control settings works well on my ps5 and my pc highly recommend

Nice quality right out the box. If your looking for a big monitor I personally would not get anything bigger than 27”. It was plenty big and I’m planning on getting mAny years out of this monitor

Bought the Omen 27i to replace a LG Ultragear 27" that had a bad power supply. The LG was put of stock so I got the Omen. Ironically the Omen uses LG's Nano IPS panel as well. The Omen however has a much easier to use OSD and better, smaller stand. I play on a Xbox Series S a d it allows for 1440p@120hz with Freesync enabled . I'm using the standard color preset and honestly think it looks great. Games run buttery smooth. The RGB lighting which I changed to blue can be turned off entirely if you wish in the menu. Overall, I'm very pleased with this monitor and prefer it over the LG counterpart.

All the way around a very nice sleek gaming monitor with ambient lighting you can control! My first gaming monitor and I’m very pleased with my purchase.. Got an open box in excellent condition for around $400! What a deal! Does 1440p at 120fps on Xbox Series X. No hdr unfortunately but you will not be disappointed with the 1440p picture. War zone, MLB the Show, Cold War, and many more game pass games all in 120fps.. BEAUTIFUL!!

This is a gorgeous monitor. It’s bright, sleek/slim, and the ambient lighting is an amazing feature. There’s different options for the lighting too, if you don’t want it to stay static. I thought that was pretty dope. The picture is clear, no dead pixels *thank God*, and it is mountable. I went with this monitor over the 240hz Alienware because this one is 2K (1080p is so mid) and it’s over 144hz (165hz) which is just under top-tier. This is well worth your money. I got it on sale for $150 off but honestly if you buy it full price it’ll still be worth your money. Great job HP. Monitor of my dreams, for now.

I wanted to add a review highlighting that the monitor IS compatible with VESA mounts. The following video shows how to access the VESA mounting bracket. You must first remove the back 6-8 screws. These 2K monitors are so great that I bought two more. Overall product quality is some of the best I’ve seen coming from a terrible company such as HP (Omen is HP’s gaming division), and while I would never recommend HP for their PC/Laptop lineup of products, I would recommend at least Omen’s Monitor lineup.

Got on sale for 250 definitely worth it for the price from what it went for before. Huge upgrade from my ASUS vs238(1080 60hz) I've had for years lol(to me). Nice led color backlight features if you're into that. Gsync and freesync. Vesa mountable and easily done just have to make sure your mount can rotate. Doesn't come with a full manual but its on the site (it'll tell you how to there). It is a bit bright but thats a nitpick. I'm happy with it also kinda happy I went with a 27" over a 32" monitor.

Got to bestbuy after buying the 3090 and needed a good monitor. Bestbuy employee showed me a few monitors and recommended this one and i have to say it was worth it! Picture looks amazing,gameplay no.problem i am very satisfied with this one highly recommend.
