Picked this up summer of 2019 and still works/looks amazing. No dead pixels or any issues at all. 2k and 144hz is still top of the line, imo

Monitor was a lil bit pricey but definitely worth every dollar. With the HP-Omen 30L pre-built I got from Best Buy I get a steady 165 frames on a few games and above 120 on most.

Really excellent monitor, had to get a Mini DisplayPort cable to hook it to my Oman laptop. Colors are bold and bright. The backlight and task lighting are pretty cool.

I'm impressed with this monitor. Very clear picture with no lag. Has good features and I like the ambiance lighting. Very easy setup and has adjustments for just about everything.

Been using this as my main monitor for a few months now. Thought it was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth spending a bit more for the quality.

At a first glance this monitor seems great, G-Sync, 165hz, 1440p, a back light and a keyboard light all for only 400 bucks, but this is definitely too good to be true, I was unaware that this monitor has a manufacturer issue which will cause pixels on your screen to be extremely oversaturated on any moving objects or when you move while playing games, the faster the movement the worst the issue, it’s extremely noticeable when you play. There’re no fixes from what I’ve seen, I found a single article outlining this which went unresolved, so please beware before you buy.

It has a good picture. The problem I have with it is it is not the same brand as my computer so I can’t sync the lighting effects with it. I had no idea you needed the same brand but ultimately it’s a small issue for me. Just beware that lighting effects are not compatible with different brand computers.

If you don’t have these screens your not a true gamer! Incredible colors and accuracy. Speed and looks. Total package. I bought two and never looked back, I suggest you do the same

Bought this for my Son In Law. He now calls me the "MVP". Meets all his needs for gaming. Only thing is that I bought it Xmas eve and probably overpaid. Je absolutely loves it

This monitor is excellent, from graphics, to response time. You even have two lights that you can put custom colors. The ONLY downside is no built in speakers . But I love this !

I love this monitor so much that I'm buying a second one. I originally got this monitor for my PC and I loved it. But when I got my hands on the xbox series X, I knew that other monitor wasn't capable of the specs that the series X was asking for. So, I switched them both over and I was not disappointed. When I went back to my PC, I could tell a HUGE difference when I switched monitors. I knew I made a great choice picking this monitor. Bestbuy has a deal right now going on for the monitor and if you're seeing this with the deal going on - BUY IT!

Fabulous gaming monitor. The colors are vibrant and as compared to my other HP Envy monitor which I had purchased with my HP Envy laptop, this one definitely feels stronger.

Unbelievable! Best monitor made for gaming but most importantly his wife (me) can use it for work when he’s not home and have so many screens working at the same time :)

Monitor is built well. Clean image with good response time and easy to set up. Colors are good enough (not as good as a MacBook, but I can't tell the colors are off if I'm just looking at it by itself) and the screen can get pretty bright. Contrast isn't that good but then again this is an IPS panel. The stand feels very sturdy, though it is quite large and pushes the monitor forward quite a bit (9 inches depth). Beware if you have a small desk.

I went thru a pretty decent amount of returns to get a unit with minimal bleed and decent blacks since I'm super picky. But I finally got an almost perfect unit and I can't be happier with the product. It's the best monitor I've ever owned by far. Great colors, G-sync compatible as soon as it's plugged in and the smoothest gameplay I've ever used. If there's one thing I don't love (although not a big deal) it's the diamond shaped mount base which looks odd if you have another monitor which is normal shaped. The menu interface is also very easy to use. Good stuff honestly HP hardly ever disappoints.

Bought my boyfriend a set of these for his birthday, he’s a bit of a gamer nerd and he says they are the best he’s ever had. Fantastic quality, great color and look especially sharp. He particularly liked the background lights that can be changed (light panel is just under/behind monitor). That way when he’s on one of his games with the lights out, he can still see the desk, etc and whatever he would need on it. Plus with all the color changing options, out doing have to be that bright LED white but a muted color. Worth every penny! Currently looking to purchase myself a set now.

Brought this monitor and started to have issues due to the monitor won't hold OSD settings. It will default back to gaming settings and the lights would light up to full bright white as if the monitor resets to factory settings after every reset or bootup. To solve this, Omen gaming hub (aka. Omen CC) must be install on the computer and setting done thru there. HP should have printed this in BIG BOLD PRINT on the outside of the box. A little pricey but we’ll worth it, almost bought a second one to match with a second monitor but I didn’t, still plan on buying another in the future!

If you looking for a great 1440p monitor, look no further!!!!!! Check HP site first for price match. I was able to get it for 100 dollars off because checked the HP site first.

One of the best monitors to date that I purchased. Great pictures. The options you have for settings is amazing. Definitely recommend
