||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The looks are amazing the graphics performance was great for a low end new gem RTX but the cpu temps were hotter than hell, 64c idle is not aceptable and in medium gaming it went up all the way to 90 were it’s starts to thermal throttle the reason that I give 2 stars is because finally a build that have dual channel ram

Computer would not come back on (computer still runs but nothing displayed on the monitor) after idling for a few minutes. Call Best Buy support and left number for a return call and never did receive one back. Next day chatted with Best Buy support and was transferred 4 different times (ALL 4 techs were incompetent) with no resolution. Bottom line, TECH SUPPORT SUCKS!

Seriously, god forbid i walk away from this to do something else for 5 mins. It never wakes up and I need to unplug the whole thing. This is a VERY common problem. Lucky for Best Buy i was on day 16 when i wanted to return it, so now im stuck with this.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is the second pre-built i've bought during the holidays (the other being an ibuypower where the gpu quit). this one's going back as well as soon as i can make the trip. besides the cooling issue and up/down fan noises all the time, the big issue is that the usb ports aren't working. my VR will randomly freeze and jerk, the wired controller and webcam just won't work at all. the case RGB will work until the computer goes to idle and not come back on. apparently the motherboard you get depends on availability, hence why it's not listed in the specs. i thought pre-builds would be a good way to get a reasonable price on a gpu, but i'm 0 for 2 now. i'll go back to building and pay a little more.
