I purchased this to have a desktop to work while at home. Overall the computer works good....BUT MOST OF THE TIME WHEN IT GOES TO SLEEP YOU CANNOT WAIK IT UP! The diamond will slowly flash on the front, but you cannot get it to wake. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to come back on. It's completely updated and I've troubleshooted with "so called" fixes from online. Nothing has helped. It's very discouraging.

Hardware issues with USB ports

There are no downloadable drivers for this model on the HP website, so you have to rely on the generic windows drivers. Uninstalling the drivers did nothing. HP support recommended complete factory reset but that didn't work, so had to return the entire thing. I have an HP OMEN laptop that I purchased from Best Buy, so was hoping this machine was going to be as good. It was not. Also, Windows 11 requires a Microsoft Account, which I bypassed during setup, but HP told me the only way to get their Cloud Recovery Software was through MS Store (they emailed me a link from the HP website later, after I complained). Just be aware that this model seems to suffer from quality control, as I am not the only person to report these issues, and there is limited to no support available for this model online.

I trusted this PC because of the “good reviews” I saw on it. My PC broke in 2 days of having it! The graphics card was amazing but I wouldn’t risk it. I had to return it in 2 days of having it and thankfully I got a full refund back. I didn’t get no answers on why my PC was not working but it was something with my audio. I thank Best Buy for the costumer server but again do not buy this PC. It’s not worth it!

Won't Wake From Sleep

How can you sell a faulty product knowing it's a system that's having issues? SHAME on HP you are scaming people out of a lot of money with this trash.

One glaring issue

When it refuses to wake from sleep, the power button doesn't function, so the only way to power it off (and subsequently back on) is to pull the power cord from the machine or wall.

I have Ethernet cable in but downloading game it says my download speed is 93mb/s but I only get 11mb/s. My Xbox one downloads games at 83 mb/s so it’s not me. There’s no reason I should be spending 1,400 for this. Only reason I’m buy prebuilt is because of prices they omen put a bad mother board in this system.

Honestly just save your money and buy something else worth the money. The pc worked good for 40 min but than it turned off and wouldn’t turn on I checked everything and still wouldn’t turn but out of no where it turned on but screen stayed black and I tried to turn it off but it wouldn’t it just stayed on LOL TRASHHHHHH DO NOT BUY
