Bought the PC and was skeptical due to it being an HP. But overall i have not had any problems with it. Upgraded the AIO cooler and were off. Hopefully get many more games to come.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our son and he has been very pleased. For just a little more money than a bad price gaming PC, this offered too many upgrades to pass up.

The computer is good I do like it and it runs great. However I can't give any more than three stars because the pictures and the HP team said this is liquid cooled. It's is just a basic air cooler on it. If they lied about that right off the bat then maybe more will show up that's not as advertised. It looks really good I would say cable management is O.K. but for the price range it's pretty good and I wouldn't expect much better.

Brought the HP Omen home last night and am thoroughly disappointed. I had extremely high hopes for the model considering it has a 3060 GPU and a decent processor. Those hopes came crashing down when my PC CPU started running at 95 degrees C during a system scan, and during most of the limited functions ive been able to run since purchasing. I cant imagine that any testing was done on this model of PC, if there was… oh boy. Anyways, as I pursue a solution to this glaring issue with optimism, and curse the more than hazardous design. I still think the PC has good value, but the workers at best buy need to look at these reviews earnestly, otherwise there will be many more dissatisfied customers. If my review is not enough to drive you away, I hope you are more knowledgeable about pc cooling than i was. Because i promise you will need it for this set up…if you wanna do anything besides stare at your wallpaper that is

Its honestly the best pc ive ever owned. And for the price you cant beat it. Especially for a pre-built. Ive played it everyday all day and night for months on end. Even worried that i might burn it out or worse. But i haven't had a single issue with this pc. Im only now wanting to upgrade and its still not necessary. And honestly dont want to let my guy Joe (30L) be retired. Its very reliable and ive gotten attached over the 4 years ive played streamed and recorded on him. Im not exaggerating when i say i played the living shitake mushrooms out of this beast. The only thing ive changed is added 16gb more of ram. And that wasnt until my third year of having it. I onky added ram because streaming escape from tarkov was demanding just a little bit more.im currently playing Kingdom come deliverance 2 on it with it mostly on high settings with no issue. At 1440p! 180 hrz!? You cant tell me this monster isnt a good investment. Itll last and last as long as you take care of him. He will in turn take care of any gaming desires you have. Buy it. No glazing. Just being completely honest.

TLDR- Replace stock cooler and exhaust, input at least 3 more fans and it’ll be a beauty without having to worry about temps. Also the sound issues people complain about pcs could be when you’re connecting different monitors and could be using bluetooth speakers. Make sure to always check sound settings before complaining of a sound issue bc audio could be misdirected. Now onto the real review: Absolutely amazing upgrade from a previous crappy $300 laptop that could only run GTA at 15fps with low 1080. This RTX 3060 Omen 30L handles absolutely everything I throw at it and then some. I use a 60hz vertical monitor for reading and such and then a 165hz omen 25i for gaming for main screen utilization. It works wonders and I monitor my temps with coretemp and my gpu temp through task manager. Make sure to find the exaxt model of ram before upgrading it to make sure you don’t have issues. I upgraded the stock cpu cooler with a Noctua Nhu9s and place 3 120mm noctua fans in the case. One as an exhaust at the top if you take off the bracket and punch out the four squares, one at the bottom and another one under the gpu. I replaced the stock exhaust with a 92mm noctua and then I added another 80mm fan at the bottom in the front of the case next to the bottom 120mm and the intake fan. Temps are around 35 for my cpu when idle or light to moderate use. (I went into settings and power options and reduced max cpu usage to 99%) my cpu now never gets above 60 when playing forza horizon 5 or doom eternals. GPU normal high temps are 88-92 and my gpu never gets above 86 whenever playing doom eternals (prob the most I’ve pushed it). Its an amazing laptop with a few things you’ll have to be willing to work with. I watched a youtuber DamKamYouKnow’s youtube videos that helped a lot to cool my first pc temps. They have a discord server as well for omen users (could find it on reddit r/omen). Well thats it for the review. Get it if you can, don’t overthink it and trust me you won’t feel buyers remorse especially if you’re coming from a crappy computer. Also uninstall the Omen Gaming Hub because it will cause your fan to stop if you’re under a certain temp. Case is nice and heavy and durable. I love it.

For being a prebuilt PC, it performs pretty great and comes with actual quality components inside. Had it for way more than a year and still haven’t had to upgrade any component. Only downside is storage, 1TB just isn’t enough, but you can easily pick up an extra SSD or an HDD for less than $50 and get rid of that issue.

Current PC that I have been using to this day. Best upgrade coming from a GTX 1080 custom build. That's a huge leap, however this is a prebuilt, so it has some cutbacks. The major cutback is the processor, however it suffices for moderate and high end processing like games and video editing. The one gripe I have with this machine is that if you have sleep mode enabled after a couple minutes or so, the machine will constantly sleep even if you tap on keyboard or move mouse. The only way out of that depressing state is to power off the pc by unplugging the main AC cord since pressing on the power button doesn't do anything. So to resolve this issue, disable sleep mode when idle to prevent this issue. After doing that the first day I got this machine, it was smooth sailing. Make sure drivers are updated constantly as well to maintain a smooth state. First best prebuilt I've owned so far and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another as an extra. 9/10 rating.

This was my first PC, so maybe I'm not qualified to compare it. But this is really a good PC. Coming from a laptop with integrated graphics, this was a big upgrade for me. In terms of looks, this PC looks great. The RGB is easily adjustable from the Omen Gaming Hub, and you can also adjust the color of the RAM. In terms of performance, this runs like a beast. Some reviews were saying that you need to replace the fan, but I don't think you need to. It does run a little hot sometimes while it's at idle power, around 50-60 degrees, that's with the fan set to turbo, but other than that, there are no issues with it, you don't need to replace the fan, however, I would suggest replacing the thermal paste, this is definitely some cheap paste that they used to cut costs. The GPU is also great, the average amount of FPS I get on Fortnite is about a hundred. It also has 3 DisplayPorts, even though the specifications here said it had one. This is great for me because I have two monitors. The only complaint I have is the price. This is a little bit too much for the specs it gives. If this was a normal time, I wouldn't have bought this, but because of the GPU shortage, this is a great deal. Overall I'd say this is 4,5 stars, the only problems are the cost, and the cheap thermal paste for the CPU.

You can't purchase the components for cheaper than you can purchase this machine as a whole in the last quarter of 2021. But that doesn't make this the perfect answer. It is a beast with good parts, a lot of junky software you don't need and not quite enough fans to keep all of that hot hardware cool - which is the big issue. If you intend to game constantly forever, you'll likely run into heat issues - or at the least it will run at a temp that I think could shorten the lifespan of the pc - which is a shame. I added large case fans into the bottom for intake and the top for exhausting heat and it brought temps down to very reasonable levels. I also kicked out the RGB ram for a couple 16GB sticks of Crucial and have been enjoying that also. Over a month into ownership and I may do a few more tweaks or add some more ram, but I'm pretty happy with it!

Excellent system - my teenager has enjoyed the desktop, says it runs well and he really likes the. lights and seeing the interior as well. At 14 he had no issues setting it up and now 2 years later he's still enjoying it and hasn't asked to upgrade because he says it's still great. I consider that a win!

I’m gonna be honest some of these reviews had me feeling unsure about my purchase as i waited patiently for it to arrive, but to my surprise this Pc exceeded all expectations i had for it. Runs smooth and is ready to go out of the box with windows 11 pre installed. I loved windows 10, but windows 11 sure is handsome lol. No honestly it just looks nice, the layout is perfect. At 1080p high res, Warzone runs at 120+ fps with Dlss on and Rtx off. Very pleased with the performance! The only con is one could probably guess based off the other reviews..This Pc does run a little hot b/c the case doesn’t have great ventilation or sufficient fans.. not too big of a concern though as its never exceeded 70degrees.. over all i give this beauty a 4-4.5! Would give it 5 if the case was more fitting for such a fine piece of equipment!

As far as pre-builds go, this desktop handles itself pretty well from work to gaming needs. Out of the box, there is a ram issue that causes the pc to stay in sleep mode with the only fix being a hard disconnect. The pc does also run a little warmer than expected which us probably due to the air restrictive case, but not anywhere near enough to worry about thermal throttling. At the end of the day this is a great purchase for the price and no hassle of putting it together.
