Good plug & play. Can pretty much run any game reasonably well.

My cpu spikes even if I play something simple like minecraft. I didn't change anything, I don't know how to fix it. Pretty decent PC, it is an upgrade from my last one except for the fact that my old one didn't lag randomly.

I bought this pc and the fans were not working properly. I returned it and got the same exact model again. Got it home, ran diagnostics on it, and it could not find the Ethernet even though it was plugged it and I was connected to the internet. Then it started dropping my connection every 10 minutes. I took it back and did not get another one.

It’s very fast and more upto date compared to my go omen gaming desktop pc.i am very happy with the product.

Sent to the wrong address and was suppose to be a christmas present.. it happens. But still waiting ona refund to go get another one is a bummer. Wasnt best buys fault but fed ex dropped the ball. Packages should require an ID to sign for.

For the price, this is an excellent deal. It's not a low-end gaming rig or high-end, but a solid mid-tier.

Not even 1 month and so many issues with the usb connectors on the computer.

For a 2k computer the bugs in this computer are seriously irritating. I have had it since 5-15-25 and every single day i have to restart it several times because ot types the #2 repeatedly even with no keyboard attatched.

The base 5070 is not the way. I would recommend going for the 5070 ti.

My first gaming pc experience is ruined. All I did was playing Wukong and one day, it shows black screen saying no hard drive detected. Went through all trouble shooting with HP and they are sending me a box to ship this computer to a repair center... I had so many choices on gaming pc and picking HP was nono...

Unfortunately, the desktop I took home was defective. Geek squad tried 3 times to repair it but couldn’t. I’m going to exchange it for another one.

Omen 35L kept crashing. Brand new item. Best Buy gave me a refund and I bought another brand. Best Buy is awesome , Omen not so much.
