CPU spikes randomly :(

I didn't change anything, I don't know how to fix it. Pretty decent PC, it is an upgrade from my last one except for the fact that my old one didn't lag randomly.

Fed ex is trash

But still waiting ona refund to go get another one is a bummer. Wasnt best buys fault but fed ex dropped the ball. Packages should require an ID to sign for.

I returned it and got the same exact model again. Got it home, ran diagnostics on it, and it could not find the Ethernet even though it was plugged it and I was connected to the internet. Then it started dropping my connection every 10 minutes. I took it back and did not get another one.

Not worth $2k

I have had it since 5-15-25 and every single day i have to restart it several times because ot types the #2 repeatedly even with no keyboard attatched.

Hardware failed in less than 2 month

All I did was playing Wukong and one day, it shows black screen saying no hard drive detected. Went through all trouble shooting with HP and they are sending me a box to ship this computer to a repair center... I had so many choices on gaming pc and picking HP was nono...

Brand new PC kept crashing right out of the box.
