Great pc it was what i needed to help with my school work

Had for a week now very happy with purchase. Upgraded ram and added 2tb ssd on 2nd slot.

Very quite good gaming pc I love it so far great lighting

It looks clean and awesome! I see one thing immediately wrong with this device, and it is fixable. It is of course the RAM, what is interesting is that the description from the manufacturer on the best buy website says 32GB, so even they must know deep down 16GB just isn’t good enough in this day and age, especially for a desktop. But it has two spare memory slots so buying some extra memory is something that can be done easily without having to give up the existing 16 and later. Speaking of upgradability, there is only one PCIex4 spare slot so if you need a double NIC or TV tuner, or whatnot there is that option but nothing further on that front. However, there is a second M.2 SSD slot under the graphics card and a slot for a 3.5 inch hard drive with the data and power pre-positioned for you, so if you are needing a 12TB hard drive for all your media consumption, this is an easy add. My kids loved seeing the inside of the computer and each area is labeled for what it is besides the processor (probably because it is covered by the giant RGB fan. The RGB with the white and black theme just looks slick in my mind and looks like a piece of art to me, it just so happens to be an interactive piece of art. I can run every game I wanted to play in extreme mode of graphics so this definitely gets the job done, but this is where RAM becomes more important, without any games running my RAM utilization at 16GB is sitting at 50 to 60%, this is a tad bit of a problem, now I’ve noticed the OMEN gaming hub app sends me notifications when I open a game that it just freed up a GB or so of RAM so the system is definitely actively monitoring that and I haven’t noticed it causing any issues with games, but also, I don’t have all the background processes that I eventually want installed on it and it gets pretty close to 100% when I’m running screen and audio recording. If you are just using this computer for gaming and not other background processes at the same time 16GB will work for you. If you are planning on using it for multiple purposes at the same time, it will be worth it to take advantage of the other two RAM slots. Other than the that I love the Ryzen 7 and GeForce RTX make gaming quite smooth. Port wise you have quite a few options. On the back there are 4 USB A ports, 2 USB A 5Gbps ports, a LAN port, Audio in, Audio out, Mic, 1 USB C 10Gbps, 3 full size display ports, and 1 HDMI port. On the front there are 2 5Gbps USB A ports, 1 10Gbps USB C port, and an Aux (headphone and mic combo) port. I love that it has USB C integrated as it seems like more and more of my stuff is USB C and now my phone and desktop can share the same thumb drive a I keep a few things on. I think a large part of why I like this computer is the looks, I think it looks great and it is a Desktop I want on top of my desk instead of buried in the PC cabinet below my desk. It is an extremely capable machine (especially after adding a little RAM) and easily upgraded to your exact needs. The keyboard and mouse I the box aren’t worth mentioning, if you are planning on using these to game with… don’t. Then again, having them for the initial setup is nice. It's not the greatest Price to performance gaming rig by no means, but it definitely gets your everyday tasks done and surfing the web no problem. but as for a gaming enthusiast the limited upgradability I feel this is not the route.

Works well and is efficient. Delivery arrived one day later than expected.

This computer is fast and quiet. It also appears to be well made. Unfortunately, I felt that it could use a little more memory. I had thought that after taking delivery, I could simply buy a couple of memory sticks to fill the gap. After looking into this with Kingston who is the manufacturer of the memory that came stock, I learned that the particular sticks inside the machine are proprietary. The quote for two 8GB DDR5 sticks of the type that were originally used was $356. I think that this is a crazy high price but the tech from Kingston cautioned me that even Kingston replacements would present problems because they could not sell me the original part. My second issue is with the lights. They look cool at first, but they can be distracting. So far, I have been unable to get them to turn off. I seem to have found the right place in the Omen desktop control panel, but when I move the sliders the "apply" button does not light up and the lights remain on.

Great processing time. Holds a lot of storage and it’s a solid unit
