This PC is everything I was looking for! It is very compact and light. Very easy to get the case off and the motherboard is extremely intuitive.

This was a quick and effective way to get a new gaming PC for my husband without having to go through the time and effort of a custom build. It checked all our boxes and runs all the games that have been coming out and his gaming laptop couldn’t handle.

When it works, it's great. It'll run most games with ultra settings. However, my unit has frozen multiple times resulting in having to power the entire machine down. In the few weeks I've had the pc, I have also gotten 2 blue screens. The product I purchased looks vastly different from the pictures, no top fans, no heat sinks around the MB.

Great PC for out if the box performance. Can’t beat the proce to oerformance either. Maybe an odd choice of processor but it has been homding up well. Solid Omen components and easily upgradable.

I was a little confused at the CPU choice at first but then I realized it was because this is geared for high resolution gaming. Which has been AMAZING for! Even at ULTRA graphic settings. When gaming at 1440p and 4K it's all about the GPU and this 4080 Super made this probably one of the best bang for your buck high resolution gaming PCs there is right now.

Very very powerful PC, I love it! Great design, very quiet, minimal issues. The one issue I do have is the cpu runs kind of hot with the cpu fan provided. Not dangerously hot but under heavy loads it could run between 80-90c consistently. Have had one situation where it tapped 95c but dropped as soon as it did. I would recommend getting a better cpu cooler I plan to. But overall it’s a great buy and you will not be disappointed if you’re a newbie with PCs.

Arrived with missing top fans and the air cooler was different than in the product pictures, other reviewer pictures, and on a youtube review.

I cannot say enough about Best Buy and the HP Omen's. This is my 2nd HP Omen and they are wonderful. Reliable and just great for gaming or for work. If you need a good computer that will last, and a great place to buy them, highly recommend HP's and Best Buy!!

Pc wont boot up and its not even a year old. Its been having issues for months but now nothing fixes it. It wont go into bios at all. Iv tried different key boards and monitors. Nothing. Tech support and geek squad were useless. Must be mafia owned, they tried scamming me out of more money to attempt a fix at store just to have to send it out for months under the warrenty that didnt cover repair in store.

Tried ordering this for my wife's birthday next week. After a week of UPS not having received it to ship, called customer service who told me it was lot. They told me they would expedite a new one to be sent. Customer service waited too long and the product sold out. It was not sold out when I was on the phone with customer service, I logged on and checked, but they did not try to replace the order for 10 hours, when I got the email saying I would be credited the purchase instead. Said they could refund the money in about a week. Not only could I not get the gift for my wife, but I also couldn't get the money for the gift back until after her birthday. Tried to call the local store to see if they could help me find something similar, but could only get call centers and remote support staff. Ended up going elsewhere to get the computer. BestBuy really dropped the ball on this one. Woman at the call center was very nice. But BestBuy polices left her with the only option of saying she was sorry this happened.

I was really excited about this PC because it almost checked all my boxes, but there's this constant loud buzzing/rattling sound at idle, and it gets even worse when the system is under load. After some troubleshooting, I figured out it’s coming from the RTX 4080 Super’s fans. The other fans are pretty much silent. I thought I just got a bad unit, so I ordered a replacement, but it has the exact same problem. I was ok with the unusual CPU choice, but the noise is a dealbreaker for me. It’s a shame because this was so close to being perfect.

Has the ability to have 240mm cooler and upgradeable cpu i would recommend it

Perfect for jumping on game nights with the squad. Handles titles like Call of Duty, Wukong, Battlefield and more at max graphic/visual settings with ease. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Within the first three months of use the power supply started to cause the PC to crash. Best Buy support wanted me to spend money at Geek Squad to repair a producr under warranty. I then contacted HP and they had me run every possible test and would refuse to repair/replace unless I purchased a flash drive to complete a cloud recovery. If support matters to you (which it should) DO NOT trust HP or Best Buy. They are going to try and weasel their way out of honoring your warranty.

I wish I could give this a zero star. It dies on the second day we opened the box and only slightly used it. I still remember the nightmare we had when we got a HP laptop 20 years ago, but decided to try HP again and thought it may have been improved ever since, but apparently, HP is still making the same bad quality products.
