Hands down best PC gaming computer I’ve had. Purchased in August and haven’t had any issues. downloads are really fast. Also the employee who helped us choose our computer was very helpful and overall great experience! Would definitely recommend Best Buy every time!

I like it i use my pc for gaming and for school. i have over 50 hours of game play downloaded and still have plenty of storage not including the other installs that i have. it’s really good school, i pretty much get all my work done on it.

This is the best host I've ever used! No other mainframe in the world can match him! When I use it, whether it's playing video games or watching TV, the experience has improved a lot

Very powerful pc nice design cpu fan can be a little loud but not more then normal great buy for the price

For my first PC I didnt want to mess with the chances of building my own so I got this. Little did I know it probably would’ve been better had I blindly threw bolts at a wall. Problems immediately. I plugged it in and for a good 2 days it would be inconsistent with turning on and staying on. At times the screen would go black and I would have to force restart the computer and restart the set up process again. After it finally decided to stay functioning, I tried plugging in my bluetooth keyboard and mouse for it to only recognize the input on the 2nd hdmi channel which was lower quality, laggy, and I would have to select it again every time the computer went to sleep. About to return it I last attempt I moved the input to a different usb on the computer and it miraculously worked. Should’ve returned it anyways. Having a new gen, mid tier JBL speaker I thought no need for unnecessary wires, it has bluetooth, and connected. Besides a short range of connection (I cant have the speaker 15’ away in the kitchen or it glitches and stops) at first everything was fine. I downloaded a single game (Hogwarts Legacy) and almost shut down the whole computer the way it was glitching, freezing, working overdrive on the fans and the music jumping. Ever since the computer will glitch with every connection. I have tried other speakers, my airpods, and my sony wh-1000x headphones and it still does it. Ive spent countless hours on forums checking my drivers, my software, my everything up to the point of buying external software to search for internal failures because there is no reason for a barely used, $1,200+ computer to act as horribly as this has. The mouse lags for no reason randomly, and the light settings always take a while to actually adjust, that’s assuming they actually adjust and save to the new settings. Dont do it, Im hoping bestbuy can help me out with my dud of metal but dont even put yourself in the position.

That kind it good but the gpu is 8gb that fine by me I did test any kind game and I did test call of duty it work :) and I like light mix colors

Everything went really smooth! customer service was exceptional.

i already had problems with bestbuy getting this pc the first time but once i got it,it worked amazingly, i got around 600fps on fortnite performence mode all low settings. But one day i tabbed out and it froze and a black screen came up so i rebooted the pc but then i just kept happening. I sent it back and they gave me a new one, it was fine for the first few days and then i tabed out of my game it froze completly again. i tried windows+ ctrl+ shift+ b and nothin, 1 press on the power button wouldnt even work on the pc, i had to press and hold the button to reboot the pc, thats 1 issue. Another one is the heating and fan loudness, i had to put my fans on turbo because my graphics card was overheating. Not to mention, it came with the graphics card dropped and unscrewed. I do believe this heating issue to be the main factor of the black screen and freezing. 

My son love it he use the pc more than playing his other games
