Bought as part of their pre black Friday sales to beat the rush and get it shipped to me before everything gets crazy. Best Buy and FedEx failed me. Best Buy took the tower, put one roll of bubble wrap over it, and threw it loosely in a box. FedEx did what FedEx does and they completely destroyed it. So I get this computer that's in 8 different pieces and I try to get another one. They were out of stock except no one let me know. I sent it back on black Friday so I missed all the sales for other stores. Best Buy's customer service is AWFUL! They're all foreigners that are difficult to understand, don't understand you, and don't care about a Christmas present. They didn't offer to find another computer for me, provided no discount codes for me missing out on black Friday, and then they kept my refund for almost 2 weeks hosing me on buying another. Now I've had to pay extra money in order to get one built and rush shipped to me for Christmas.

great delivery arrive safe and it works good besides it needs more cooling adjustment and extra external accessories

I got the desktop in excellent condition but it came to me without box, no power cord, no mouse and it wasn't even clean. I don't want to drive back all the way to best buy so I contacted customer service and they initially said they can provide gift card I can use but later they changed their word that there's nothing we can do you need to visit the store. Why I need to waste my time to fix your fault? Great experience with Best buy.

So, this was actually my entry into PC gaming. So with that just bear in mind that my knowledge isn't really crazy in depth. It runs all my games really easily at 1440p 165hz, can go higher if you're monitor allows. Also MAKE SURE YOU PLUG INTO THE GPU! Easy mistake to make if you're a novice. The RGB is nice and customized through the OMEN app. It allows you to boost components Iike the GPU and RAM. I'm sure there are better ways, but it's easy to understand here. As far as FPS I was easily able to get 120-130 while In games like destiny 2, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Baldurs Gate 3 is immaculate even at 1440p! I was hitting 200+ frames. Less intensive games like Valorant or CS2 you'll see higher frames into the 200s. All the above data is at the highest settings each game allowed and worked perfectly fine! I also got this on sale for 980ish$ so it's a great deal on sale!

Great for gaming is a great mid level stock , sometimes bluetooth is weird on the ps5 controller but no biggy just reset settings in the device manager if it happens usually its the ps5 controller connecting as a mic because it has the built in mic. I get abot 80-90FPS with the boost active playing GTA5 with 15 or so web pages and discord, steam, etc in the back ground lol, cpu got a little worked but I wanted to see what it could do in a easy way! Great pc with a little extra ,money at your own paste this can be a top tier if not considered already!

Pc runs great. Bought to run FF16 on high settings with ease. Would say to upgrade the ram to 32 and it'll be pretty good all around. GPU would need to be updated in the future as well if you want to run things at 2k or higher with solid FPS. Otherwise would recommend it. I purchased it on a sale for 999 out the door

Got a good price on it. Upgraded the RAM for another $100 out of pocket. GPU could be upgraded too but works well for video rendering/editing and video gaming with high fps at medium performance settings.

Very easy to setup. It is lightning fast and handles the online games that I play very well. I love the colorful effect from the ram inside the case. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to get into online gaming.

This works perfectly, from regular computer use to Stardew Valley to massive games like Baldur's Gate 3. Download speeds are great. No complaints!

Overall, this PC performs well with AAA games like Call of Duty, Apex Legends, and Fortnite, but playing on the highest settings may yield around 50 FPS. Considering it's a budget PC, the AMD 7600 isn't exceptionally powerful. For games like GTA RP, it runs smoothly, though not at the best settings. If you have a decent monitor, this PC can still provide satisfying graphics. However, if your main focus is gaming, I'd recommend considering a different PC due to the limited GPU. While 16 gigabytes of RAM is good, mine occasionally dropped to 15, which is still acceptable. For an improved gaming experience, exploring PCs with better allocation to components would be advisable. All in all, if you want a safe choice, I would advise you to purchase this PC because it also works great as a desktop for simple tasks like homework and other basic necessities outside of gaming.

I had previously purchased a ebay refurbished machine from a trusted seller to run my new golf simulator. Needless to say it worked for all of 24 hours and so i did what i should have done all along, went to Best Buy for a product backed by great service and speedy fulfillment. This starts every time, no glitches, and enough power to handle massive graphics with no lag.

Great price, works perfect for my needs, and was looks really nice in my office. It worked straight out of the box and I was doing all the things I wanted with it within the first hour.

-Case design is beautiful. There are many RGB lights (including on 2 fans at the front, on the RAM and around the CPU) and the case has glass on one side so you can see inside the case and inspect the components -Performance of the CPU (Intel Core i7 12700K), everything runs super smooth on Windows 11, games boot up very quickly, the all (P) core turbo boost of 4.7 Ghz is achieved. Alongside this high clockspeed I really want to mention the massive boost to IPC (instructions per cycle) that Alder Lake has delivered. It is this boost in IPC that causes phenomenal singlecore and multicore performance of the 12700K, as the clockspeed has not changed at all from previous generations (10700K has the exact same 4.7 Ghz all core turboboost clock). Other major improvements that Intel has brought in the 12th generation of Core i7 processors include 25 MB L3 cache and 4 additional Efficiency cores, alongside the regular 8 cores. It even outperforms the AMD Ryzen 9 5900X in gaming. -Performance of the GPU (Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 with 10 GB VRAM and LHR), gaming works perfect at 4K/2160p and DLSS works very well to significantly increase FPS. This card really is still king of the hill as of mid-2022 for 4K gaming. Other cards such as the 3080 Ti and 3090 are not as good in terms of performance/price ratio. In my country there is a HP OMEN 45L GT22 available with 5900X/3080 Ti and it is 900 euros more expensive than my 12700K/3080 system, only for a 10% FPS boost (ok, the 45L does have a cryochamber and an extra fan on the front of the case, fair enough, but still I would not pay 900 euros more). The 3080 will remain the best choice as of now and will remain so until the RTX 4000 series release, probably later this year. The AMD competitor the 6800 XT provides similar performance but does not support DLSS, which is a feature by Nvidia giving me a 60% FPS boost in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War in 4K.

This is my second purchase of an HP OMEN Gaming Desktop. I bought my first in 2019 and loved it. When I needed to upgrade I purchased this HP OMEN 40L Gaming Desktop, and have been extremely happy with its performance! It was easy to set up and is doing everything I wish to do with. It is great for gaming, and I especially wanted it for my video editing. Highly recommend!

Overall a great computer. I am able to run larger games like baldurs gate and play simpler games such as valorant and apex with no issues. Memory space is on the smaller side but is easy to get additional space. Overall recommend for a basic prebuilt computer

My husband and I went into the store uncertain of what we would leave with. Our daughter likes to game sometimes and use a computer for other things for school and fun. We spotted this product, and after asking some questions, we walked out with it! Works as it should. Fast and very quiet. I love the multiple inputs. It looks amazing as well. Not an eyesore! Very happy with this product/purchase!

Bought this for my daughter for christmas and had to give it a test drive before then and this thing is super fast and really quiet. I could barely tell it was on the only reason i knew it was powerd on was because of the nice lighting it has and you can also change the colors in an app which i thought was a nice customization option. All in all a great buy.
