    HP preinstalled software, i think, to blame for lot of software operating issues. My anti-virus (Bitdefender) wouldn't start automatically, MS Store wouldn't start at all sometimes. Outlook NEW wouldn't start sometimes. BUT it was a OTB bargain, beautiful condition, but I suspect the same problem for prior owner. I even reset/resinstalled Win11 and had same problems. It's a beautiful machine and might work well on new products.

    Amazing value runs everything high ans you can run it ultra settings as well but changning the GPU is simple and very easy for more performance

    Solid Entry level PC. I installed 2 additional matching RAM sticks and added 3 more fans super easily. AM5 socket gives me plenty of options for future upgrades
