Second one of these. First one I got kept blue screening so I replaced it with this one. Had it serviced and some parts replaced after games stopped working and it still doesn’t work. I’ve learned my lesson and will avoid Omen desktops from now on.

Be careful buying these prebuilds. The first one I got looked like the box had been punctured by a forklift. But that wasn’t the worst part. Unboxing the PC the ssd cable had been bent really bad and had even cracked the plastic port on the motherboard like somebody was in a hurry trying to put everything back or something. when the PC started up one of the internal fans either power supply fan or aio fan was really messed up. Sounded like a fork on a dinner plate. I also thought it was really weird the aio fan didn’t match the pictures online or pictures people took of theirs. So I took it back. 2K computer shouldn’t sound like that or be different than the pictures online. So I ordered the same model as a swap. Maybe I got a bad egg. Well guess what. The new replacement PC was totally different on the inside. Had the correct aio fan and many more cables and wires vs the 1st one I ordered. It’s supposed to be the exact same computer? It was an even exchange for the same model. The first PC I had gotten was very tampered with, was missing parts or had parts swamped out. Who knows what else was missing or switched out. It had def been an open box or open box return but it wasn’t listed as such. It was an omen but it’s possible somebody got a cheaper 40L model and swamped it out to get some money back and kept the expensive one. Either way.
I’m leaving 5 stars because best buy is amazing about returns and the 2nd PC I got was the correct one and is brand new and works great, is quiet and has good cable management. Runs pretty much any game on the market currently at max settings. The only thing it needs is more ram and eventually a 2 fan aio liquid cooler.
Just be careful ordering these and do your research on the parts that are supposed to come in these and if something looks different than the pictures, is different or missing then it’s probably been tampered with or a return.
