I’d only go through with buying this on sale because the price is artifically inflated. But if you can get major sale prices it can be pretty competitive. Its run extremely smooth without a single issue so far. Only time will tell though.

I’ve been using HP for years, not anymore. This pc was a total mess! I bought two different ones. The first one had to go back to HP service within one week when I started having blue screen almost every day. After several hours of wasting my time with troubleshooting and reinstalling windows, it don’t work. 3 weeks later (terrible service) I got it back from HP service. They said that the CPU was replaced cause it was damaged. One day after it came back, I started having slowness and lagging issues again but worst, this time, the video signal was completely off every restart. I took it back to Best Buy and they replace this one with a brand new one, same model, and guess what: same issues. I thought the first one was just bad luck but no. On this second unit, the file explorer was extremely slow to open (up to 2min to load). I upgraded the memory RAM up to 32GB from the original 16GB and it didn’t make any difference in the apps or games. The USB’s 5’s and 10’s Gbps were having issues; both of my top of the line external drives were super slow to load and work. I lost video several times using the DP input. The pc went to blank I called HP again and the only option was to send it back to them again for another 3 weeks of waiting for my almost $2000 computer so this time, I said no. I took back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad team re-installed Windows and tested everything, two days later, same problems. Today, I ended up returning the PC and I got a nice Alienware instead. Don’t waste time and money with this. The only good part was the great attitude and tone of two of the tech support agents while assiting, besides that, it’s not worth to spend you money in this pc!

Great pc, everything about it is superb. For the money, couldn’t find anything better.

Got this as an open box for $900 it was just missing the original box everything was there new unused and let me tell you I would of still paid full price for it and be happy its an awesome PC for gaming

I was truly trying to find a perfectly balanced gaming PC for my kids and myself. This has delivered and exceeded all my expectations and has been performing phenomenally. Definitely worth the investment

This is by far the best investment i made in 2025. Its been 10 months of joy sharing the use of this computer in my house. Very modern and sleek looking to the eyes. Fast response and beautiful RBG lights. Highly recommend for gaming and for school work. Will purchase again.

Decent it is a great pc for gaming but if you are trying to game and stream at the same time consider upgrading to a 4080 super or 4090 it will handle it much better

This is an excellent desktop. My family and I love it, and we can not say too much about it!

Great machine. The right combo of video, processor, and memory for gaming. I would have preferred a 2 TB SSD instead of 1 TB, but that's the easiest compromise to work around. Recommended.

Great gaming deaktop! Son could not be happier with its performance.

Works well runs FFXIV at max settings, only down side is it pulls too much power at max settings for my battery back up.

Everything I play works flawlessly and amazing love it

Birthday present for my husband! Runs games on high graphics with no problems we plays games like Ark,7dtd,fortnite, etc.

Decent performance for the price, good if you don’t really know much about pcs and you just want a decent prebuilt

Had less than a month and only installed bluestacks and discord for playing a war game, and have to reboot this thing every couple of days as something is causing the RAM to go high and stay there unless I reboot. Annoying to have to tinker when it's brand new. They keyboard and mouse it comes with are crap so be prepared to invest in those items.

Great computer, very fast, quiet, i can play any game on it and i never lag
