    The sales person was very knowledgeable about game computers, as I didnt know anything about it and I was purchasing one as a gift for my son. The sales person took his time to explain and recommend the best computer fo lr the money and he was a great salemen.

    Great product. The associate who helped me was the best part of my trip to Best Buy. Guy was funny and very helpful not just to me but everyone who was trying to ask him question while he was helping me get this monstrosity down from the top of the shelves. 10/10 experience, will recommend this store. Also the HP Omen is an awesome product.

    Love it no problems I did a few upgrades to fans an cpu cooler to kinda but wasn’t particularly necessary temps were great before would definitely recommend as a first computer

    This was an open box item purchase. And i probably know why it was returned - unit would randomly hard boot. The image stamped on the system wasn't HP's own either and HP's support site isnt exactly the best. I only went for this because the price was very good and was really hoping it would work out. Ultimately too many red flags. When I returned the unit, i told them about the trouble i had. I was told they'll just reimage and put it back on the shelf. That's very poor, BestBuy.

    If you’re like me and don’t want to spend a lot of time building a pc then this is for you! Came out of the box ready to play your favorite games and I haven’t had any issues with it going on 6 months!

    Everything is working fine, OpenRGB has support for all the components (need experimental branch for the RAM at the time of writing), also tested under linux everything works.

    It's absolutely perfect and it's allowed my to focus on my school, gaming and video editing endeavours seamlessly without worry of crashes. Like with a lot of other gaming PC's, the ability to upgrade too is also great as well.
