So far so good. Got this for my son, he is really into gaming and hopefully this makes his year.

Great pre-build. Works on tons of games and has consistent frames and refresh rates. Have had zero issues since owning. Great deal since I got it on sale aswell.

Great computer with great frame rates good quality and software

I’ve had nothing but frustration out of this pc. As with most new pc’s, it takes some time getting to know your way around everything. On paper this sounds like a great buy. But be warned, there is something seriously wrong with this pc. I don’t know if there are program conflicts or hardware issues, but when playing games you will lag, stutter, and your devices will disconnect no matter how demanding or non demanding the game may be. I’ve reached out to Best Buy and HP support for weeks trying to get these issues resolved and nothing has worked. Best Buy refused to give me a refund less than 3 weeks after I purchased this pc. They claimed it was outside of the returns window. HP refuses to do anything about their own product. So I’m basically stuck with a $2000 pc that gives me major issues. I’ve spent week after week researching google, forums, Reddit, YouTube videos, and anything else I could think of to try and fix these issues. Nothing has worked. There are a lot of people having this same issue with this pc. My advice is to look anywhere else. I will not be purchasing another HP pc again.

love it! Started up without any problems and working great. Great for gaming. It's plenty fast. I would buy this again.

I can’t tell you right now because even though I bought an open box with an EXCELLENT rating, it came without a power cord. Highly disappointed as it was a Christmas gift and it was suppose to come with everything.

This gaming computer works well for gaming and general use.

Bought this PC open box, came without any issues so far. Runs games smoothly on 1440p

System has great specs but been having a lot of issues with fps lag for final fantasy 14 online. Have gone in to make sure drivers were up to date and after updating them still having severe fps lag impact. Also came with a lot of bloatware from HP that I had to uninstall.

Perfect gaming pc for the type of games I play like fps and simulation games. Very quiet boots up fast.

Super powerful pc I do recommend this computer if you are a hardcore gamer

This machine is terrible and HP Tech Support is even worse - I’ve been dealing with them the last 5-days - they still can not fix the wave through the video player AP - Tech Support the last 2-days have said they’d call back in an hour to not call back for 24-hours - then yesterday (4/10/25) Tech Support guy named Chris done a re-install on the machine but in doing so he deleted ALL Drivers from it and now it can not be set back up because it has none of the drivers it should have - Tech Support (Chris) said he would call back in one hour at 10:30 am yesterday - it is now 11:30 am the next day and still no phone call and I can’t get through to him at the tech Support number and everyone tells me I need to deal with him - do NOT buy this machine it’s a lemon

Replacing one that didnt work, unrepairable. Daughter likes it
