Super powerful pc I do recommend this computer if you are a hardcore gamer

It was a really good customer service at the Best Buy and the product works really good

This machine is terrible and HP Tech Support is even worse - I’ve been dealing with them the last 5-days - they still can not fix the wave through the video player AP - Tech Support the last 2-days have said they’d call back in an hour to not call back for 24-hours - then yesterday (4/10/25) Tech Support guy named Chris done a re-install on the machine but in doing so he deleted ALL Drivers from it and now it can not be set back up because it has none of the drivers it should have - Tech Support (Chris) said he would call back in one hour at 10:30 am yesterday - it is now 11:30 am the next day and still no phone call and I can’t get through to him at the tech Support number and everyone tells me I need to deal with him - do NOT buy this machine it’s a lemon

This is one of the best CPU for gaming. I like the multi colored light mode

Replacing one that didnt work, unrepairable. Daughter likes it

Main game attempt to play was Warzone kept crashing the system got the famous windows blue screen.. if u know u know.. :(

Works great out of the box plus room for expansion.

CPU bottlenecking. Every game I try to play with it even on lower settings ends up skipping.

I’ve been in the tech game for 15 years, fixing and working on computers, so I know what to look for. This PC? It’s packed with cheap, low-quality parts. It started off fine, but the video card ran into driver issues I couldn’t fix, and I ended up having to return it. Also, if you’re hearing static or popping sounds, it’s not your headset. That’s just because the parts inside this thing aren’t great. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it—look elsewhere for something better.

have not received item yet been waiting for it all day don’t even know if it’s going to even show up it says it has to show up at 8:00 pm but i’m just being patient till 8:00 pm no longer or not i’m going off on best buy company on this

More on best buy but I got this PC and it was shipped to me basically destroyed ( open box paid for excellent condition and warranty). I had to go back and forth with a manager to get them to send it out and fix it and to compensate me for having to drive half an hour as soon as I paid for the PC to get them to fix it. I won't be buying another PC from Best buy online and you shouldn't either.

stinker constant fps drops constant crashing the specs are good but theres a overlying issue i ended up just trading it in

1. This computer will not stay in sleep mode. 2. Both HP support and Geek squad would get -2 stars for support. 3. Documentation for this product is poor. 3. The HP Omen gaming hub did not function correctly. As a result, I had to reset the computer to factory settings and reinstall all of my programs. I needed a computer that was easy to set up and would run properly out of the box. I ordered this computer online from Best Buy and had it delivered. Best Buy's only solution was to just pop it in the car and make an appointment at the nearest BestBuy. I don't drive that far. Also, this computer is too heavy to carry to the car.

I bought this omen brand new, spent almost $2000.00 on the purchase. Nedded Geek squad to do a data transfer and add another terabyte to the Omen. I dropped it off on Monday and finally heard they were not able to do the transfer by Saturday. That did not bother me so much but what did bother me was that this was a big purchase and they took forever to get to it. just to tell me they were inefective . Sorry but I cancelled the order because of the bad quality of service I received. I mean it took them 6 days. You lost my business over the lack up them not even updating me on the attempted work being done. Sorry.

This experience has been awful. So it starts with shipping. I have my delivery method set up to sign for the product on delivery. Well instead of me signing for it, they left it on my front step out in the open. Lied about the fact it was signed for. Then the pc has a crackling audio issue that we can resolve, constant windows 11 not responding messages, its almost impossible to turn off or restart without 30+ wait times. Amongst numerous other issues. Boy am i glad i wasted money on this. Even as i type this my IT guy is now on hour 5 of trying to resolve any one of the issues. 10/10 bestbuy

Broke within a month, disappointed i got it for christmas and it failed on the week before last in February
