Buying this I had a few doubts but was I ever wrong!

Purchased this item around march of this year. After a few months on having it the cpu broke. Got a new cpu for it and it broke as well. Decided to purchase a new pc and something broke on it a few months after having the new one.

I bought an open box excellent for this PC but it wasn’t. It was missing the keyboard, mouse, the power supply cable, and the ssd. It was also very dusty. If getting a PC, just buy the new one and save yourself the trouble.

Was given as a christmas gift and the computer just started to shut down while using it. Although I feel the local Geek Squad did an excellent job communicating with us, the item will need to be returned.

I do recommend if your getting into gaming only problem is the single fan graphics card

Not for gaming. GPU went out 2 months after purchased and Geek Squad had to do an exchange for a new computer because HP didn’t have the parts needed for repair

Burned in less than 6 months of playing. Thank God Best Buy make the return/ exchange smooth.

lots of problems. This “3060” is terrible. Can’t run anything without it immediately being pinned at 100%. GTA V , Fortnite and MW2 all struggle to get 80 fps at 1080p. Best Buy won’t let me add screen shots to review but if I can later I will

Have only had it a month and it has been constant start up problems. And malfunctions

Power supply issues, on new product didn’t seem safe.

Was working fine. Now when I turn on my monitor reads that there is no signal, no input. Which that comes from the computer modem!

Was never able to receive item, it has been a nightmare to try and get a replacement. I have yet have this issue resolved

Terrible experience. I set it up and it wouldn't power up. Returned it and got my money back.
