The only issue is that the GPU runs hot by default, which hinders performance. You need to tweak the GPU fan curve using a program like MSI Afterburner. If they made the GPU fan run correctly out of the box it would be 5 stars.

Fantastic buy - When on sale

It regularly goes on sale, and when it does you will have trouble beating this price for the specs. The PC has been able to handle any game I throw at it no problem, I made one small adjustment which is to add two exhaust fans on the top, and this was seamless with the way HP did the motherboard setup, very well done for a pre-built. This loses 1 star thanks to HPs proprietary 3060ti card which runs insanely hot it seems they designed the card to run at a baseline of 80 Celsius. That is my one knock, the liquid cooler does a fantastic job keeping the CPU ice cold. Overall a great buy and I am very happy.

Best Buy Salespeople won't help

I would have given the computer 5 stars, but dropped it down since I received absolutely no assistance from the Best Buy personnel in the store. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get their attention, they watched as I loaded the computer on a cart and looked for the items that were discounted with the purchase of a computer. I never did find the correct mouse or dvd writer that was discounted with the purchase, so if these things are important to you, I would recommend buying online from HP where you can get assistance.
