So far been a great Pc running very smooth meets my expectations I causally game . Handles everything I do instantly switches from different tabs while playing and mult tasking a breeze . No issues as of yet will update if anything come up

My daily driver died and I needed a replacement immediately. After reviewing what BB had in stock I selected the HP Omen 40L. I do heavy photo editing and light gaming, and the specs for the machine looked perfect. I took the stock box and added two internal HD's, two internal SATA SSD's, one additional M.2 NVMe SSD and two top cooling fans. It has become perfect.

While it looks good and sounds good. It was returned after a week of use. Nothing but issues on the two we bought. From not connecting with headphones to not charging stuff properly and lighting studio doing some weird strobing thing that indicates issues. Do research on this. The hp omen community on fb even shares how horrible these are.

Good for its pricing bracket. Ready to use out of box. Will upgrade some parts in the future. Case is well made. No issues so far.

Computer is extremely fast and responsive. Love the look of the clear side panel.

It took me three weeks to finally decide on which computer I wanted, and this was It!! It has everything I need, and a lot more. and it was right there in the store when I went to purchase it, I did not have to wait. i am so glad that I found it.

PC was running great and on the 10th day of owning it I got a CMOS error and started having other problems with the RGB. Have to take it in for diagnostic and haven’t even opened it for 2 weeks.

This is a satisfactory computer. I bought it because it runs Windows 11 and it could be made to have 2 terabytes of RAM to replace an older Dell computer with 2 terabytes of RAM running Windows 10. I use it for word processing and storing videos and photos. Special: I also bought a $200 year membership to the Geek Squad. I called the GS for installation instructions on my new computer. The GS guy said my computer had only 30% RAM capacity remaining, and tried to sell me another capacity card. That kills off my confidence in the GS specifically and Best Buy in general.

hello, so I just want to say that I'm very unhappy with this and even got it on sale. {purchased in January of 2023} The gpu fan makes a grinding sound and when I went to go look in there to see if I could figure out what was going on I realized that the locking mechanism on the gpu slot is cracked. I have never moved it or touched anything inside. its barley been 2 months and way beyond the return period I regret not spending 1000 more dollars on something solid. I do not recommend even on sale.
