Great pc. Price is a little high but worth the investment.

I had issues with this computer freezing randomly no blue screen just froze had to hard reset every time. No apparent fix updated windows. I returned this computer and got the same exact computer from a different store and had the sane exact issue

Its good but my pc was a bit better had to return it I would recommend for new pc players

At times it is absolutely amazing! at other times you can see glitching on the screen

Placed an order for Gaming PC for son’s birthday - Specifically for store pick up as we have some issues with apartment for stealing packages . Things like this easily get stolen. I went to local Best Buy for pick up with all confirmations. Best buy team told me they shipped it already. I was super shocked . I explained and requested store manager if he can cancel my order or request to put stop on shipping . He couldn’t. And guess what, it got stolen. I requested for refund. I have not seen any action from Best Buy yet. We had booked our vacations but had to cancel flights to make sure we receive our package . Basically $1500 for PC+ $1600 for air tickets - money gone in drain for BEST BUY’s mistake ???

Depends on the sale price and what you’re looking to get out of a PC. At the end of the day, you can get a lot more value out of a pre-built PC from Microcenter and it’ll come with a free 1-year warranty and tech support.

Why does my Hp Omen 45L keeps turning off even after I bought new ram for it I’m getting scared and i berly just bought it too so is still brand new I don’t understand plz help

Since I bought it I’ve had trouble with it. You click the power button and the lights flash for a bit then it turns off. Not happy at all with this prebuilt

Purchased this as well as a HP Omen monitor. Out of the box the screen pixelates. Call up and they say its the graphics card bring it back. They ship me a new one same thing. I bring it all back to the store and a geek squad guy worked on it and we thought it was fixed but as I get up this morning its pixelating again. Super frustated. Very sorry I made this purchase

I already need an upgraded graphics card. Not what I expected

Attempted registration with HP failed because this PC was built for sale in Scandinavia, and it was apparently two years old. Fortunately Best Buy support people solved the problem with return and replacement. They did great.

Got this during the Black Friday deal. Great gaming PC. I am upgrading from a Ryzen 7 AMD 6700M gaming laptop. The 4070 runs 1440p gaming at ultra/epic setting with >100 fps (115* avg. or so). This is a large PC that weighs about 50lbs so make sure you have the room for it. Otherwise great investment!

Excellant gaming rig. The only con I can see so far is it only comes with 16Gb of RAM but it is very easily upgradable.

I have no problem with the pc love it runs games at a 100 plus fps every time

So far this has been a great first gaming pc wouls definitely buy again
