I was half planing on returning it before I picked it up at the store. I thought that the 1080p screen and the lack of a 10key pad would suck. Also my old laptop is touch screen, but I adjusted quite well without it. Its a bit louder than my old one, on performance. But my old one can barely play 720p videos while this one can play 8k. I can stick it on power saver and play mmos without the fan going nuts.

Has issues

Speakers are decent. Keyboard feels nice. Easy to upgrade. One of the onky issues is that when you ise Omen Hub to set laptop to performance mode it constantly restarts by itself. And sometimes randomly restarts when in balanced mode, but much more reliable in balanced mode.
