Beware HP Omen Laptops -- Found Out Too Late

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 5-6 months of use, I began observing an intermittent black screen (with computer turned on) after opening laptop, prompting a restart. The issue was always infrequent enough that I could let it go. Until yesterday, at just over 14 mos. of use, the screen has begun consistently blacking out while web browsing. Any steady use causes this issue now. I've lost track of exactly how many restarts due to this in just the past two days, but it's nearing two dozen. HP and/or Best Buy should make this right not just for me, but for tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of unfortunate consumers who bought these laptops.
