Great laptop… but a few issues

However, when I let it go to sleep, the screen NEVER turns back on. I have to hold down the power button and restart it. Recently this started happening when I power it on after it being off for a day or two also. The new windows update will not install, even after troubleshooting and restarting multiple times. These are the only issues I’m having with it. Everything else works perfect.

It's well built, and while it's on the heavy side, it's still reasonably portable as it isn't overly bulky. The 16-inch display provides plenty of space for multitasking, the keyboard feels comfortable to type on, and the touchpad is large and responsive.
