Had it for 4 months started having massive FPS drops, lags just on the desktop and theres so much bloatware you have to spend 15 minutes uninstalling it. Fans really loud, GPU over heats with nothing open. Looks nice runs poorly.

Constant crashing and poor CPU Thermals. Managed to stabilize the system by under volting it, BUT you can only do this with a janky HP app which doesn't retain the voltage setting on restart, so you have to do it every reboot. There is not BIOS support for any sort of CPU configuration, it's all extremely locked down. Eventually got tired of fighting with the system and returned it. Apparently 5800x run notoriously hot, and the CPU cooling solution in this machine is laughable at best.

Great computer that’s very easy to setup and use right out of the box. I’m able to run just about every game I play on medium-high graphics settings at 1440p with 120+fps(Halo, Dayz, Assetto Corsa, Iracing)

Omen desktops have problems, read these reviews carefully. Not even 30 days in, but just outside the 15-day return window, and my machine crashes every time I load a game. Every time something is rendered in 3d, computer is done. I've updated all drivers, re-installed everything there is to re-install, no luck. I've been advised to replace the graphics card. That's it, $1800 machine that works for less than a month. I assume my issues relate to the heating and case problems that so many others have mentioned. Read these reviews, listen to them and avoid Omen desktops. They are made poorly.

This was an excellent suggestion from the Best Buy tech. My son loves this gaming desktop. It Came with keyboard and mouse. The lighting effects are awesome
