    This beats paying a scalper

If you want an RTX 3080 without paying a scalper, this is probably your best bet. It is LHR, but personally that wasn't an issue as I bought it for playing games. As a whole computer, it's mixed. I think the case looks good, but airflow is pretty bad. Temps are kinda warm at light loads, but within acceptable levels. When playing a demanding game, this thing is really loud, and the temps are higher than you want, but still technically acceptable range.

Very impressed with the layout of the computer. Very easy to add up to 2 ssds. Pop out the holder, install the ssds, plug in cables and pop the holder back in. Love the colored lights and the number of different ways to light them. Not so impressed with the 3080 as I only get 45-60 fps in a town in New World. Was hoping for better fps. I do get up to 250 fps out in the wild. Overall very happy.

Cooling is inadequate, very noisy PC

This case does not have good airflow at all. Temperatures on the CPU and GPU will constantly be at their limits and the fans will be so loud it will sound it is alarming. There are issues with initiating windows sleep and hibernate modes with a modern sleep mode being utilized that does not work at all. You will have to shut down or leave your PC on, those are the options. With one intake fan that is behind solid glass and one AIO fan/radiator the cooling solution is inadequate for a Ryzen 7 and the 3080.

Great first PC. Some CPU heating issues that can be solved by slight undervolting. Plan to add some fans for better air flow. The reason i say that this is a great PC to get into the whole PC world is because this PC require some tweaking from the user - which is great knowledge for building or owning future PC builds :)

When it runs, it runs well. There seems to be an issue with the power supply that causes it to shutdown, and then it will refuse to restart until a capacitor in the PSU discharges. Normally that isn't a big deal, except here the power supply is proprietary and can't be replaced with an off the shelf one. Best Buy has been unable to figure out a resolution.

Overall a good gaming Desktop computer at its price, Built quality and materials are better than the same Asus ROG. despite the liquid cooling CPU its still gets hot. Also the OMEN RTX 3080 is somewhat loud when playing games. There are some Firmware bugs which prevent it from awaking from sleep and had to hard reboot multiple times until I disabled them. It also crashed a couple of times when Playing games. not getting the perk of gaming mother boards like Asus or MSI with pro bios settings and I/O s are limited.

Runs very well. Computer is very responsive for a store build. I Am happy with my purchase. The keyboard and mouse are ok for office use but as they sell this as a gaming pc they are not remotely good.

    1) When it goes to sleep doesn’t wake up. HP doesn’t have an update for this yet according to support 2) If it goes to sleep and wakes up, apps will close and you will lose saved work 3) Fan noise is worse than a F35-jet 4) It might go to sleep every though all sleep settings are off 5) CPU will always be at 80 degrees or more playing anything 6) F35 Jet fans will kick in even if your of is doing nothing but download stuff 7) It will not recognize any 3rd party OR EVEN OEM ram. It will run at lower speeds and there is no way update or change this in the bios. You will regret this, please. Really. Do not buy. Spend a bit more to get a decent Pc.

I ordered an open box unit from BB and it had some issues. I guess it was not checked before they boxed it up from the first buyer. When you would power it on, nothing would happen. I had to unplug it and plug it back in and then it would work. Also the RBG had issues too. I returned it.

The computer is just ok. The 3080 is LHR as expected. The 5800x did not perform as well as I expected. With the side glass on the box gets pretty hot, the cooling is not quite adequate, even with the liquid cooler. This had Windows 11 and some HP bloatware on it. I ended up returning it and getting the Asus with the i7 and 3080 instead.

Good build quality, great internal parts. Cooling system is average. 3080 is LHR, for you miners. Why did you raise the price $100, Best Buy? Got this system at $1999.99 list price, now it's $2099.99.

This computer lasted me a little over a year and was great while it lasted. It has been having CPU cooling issues. The fan and pump on my CPU have gone out. I would not purchase this again.
