||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son's computer was to be setup by geek squad And when i got there it was not even looked at i pay for yearly full tec support and it was not even touched it was in the notes that when it got to the store it was going to be fully setup and updated the lady even showed me the email that she received with Instructions to do so all she said was she was sorry and they dropped the ball and it would be a few hours before they could do anything i drove an hour to just to get there being that i don't live in town because i had gotten the email 2 day's earlier that it was ready for pickup the lady that i spoke to was very rude and said i will just refund you $100 or u can just come back and get it Another day. My thing is that i was sent a email telling me ready for pick-up i paid around $1200 for the pc and i pay for total tech support $200 a year on top of that 2 hr round trip to get to your store very badly treated by geek squad.
