The HP-OMEN Headset are working perfectly, I really recommend it for gaming and standard uses

This OMEN headset sounds great and is easy to set up. Once you download the OMEN command center you can customize the lighting, sound profile and adjust the Frostcap tech. You can also update the firmware. The comfort level is great. I don't get any sore spots and they seem to accommodate my big ears just fine. The microphone can be muted by simply lifting the mic in to the vertical position. There is also a red light at the tip to tell you it is muted. Mic quality is good and works well. The Frostcap technology is a bit of a weird one for me. The inside of the ear-cups are metal and do get very cold which helps to keep your ears cool during gaming. The odd thing is when I have Frostcap on I get condensation inside the ear-cup. Not sure if this is something that is intended or not, but it seemed strange to have a headset that builds up condensation during use. Either way it works and is a neat feature. Overall, this headset is build very well, works and sounds wonderful. If you are in the market for a solid headset you will love the OMEN HP Mindframe.

Got it for PS4 since it mentions compatibility on the box but there’s no working mic, no “wow” sound and no aux cable option. USB only. On the PC demo in store it did sound good though, just not on console

This is my second HP omen, the first on had the same issue of static when moving the mic. I am disappointed especially since they are not on the cheap end. It took 3 weeks for the issue to happen the second time. Would not recommend. Never had an issue with any of my Razor headsets. Will be returning.
