Everything is great, except it has substantially low memory. This is Graphics/Gaming computer and it came with only 476gb of memory. That's ridiculous!

Laptop is fast which is what a gaming laptop should be and has a high quality display. Battery life could be better.

Great laptop! But some reason my audio drivers just "vanished" randomly. I was on the phone with Best Buy/Geek Squad/HP/Microsoft for about 8 hours last week or week before, I don't have the money to take it in and unfortunately I work online.. So.. that's my only issue.

I like buying my stuff here but at this very moment I have been waiting for this laptop so I can access the programs that I use for my job. I can't use anything else it has to be gaming software.

I have had this laptop for a couple of months now, and i have to say its been really good so far. I play mostly fortnite, valorant, minecraft, and overwatch; all of these games run incredibly smoothly on medium-high graphics. The reason it gets 4 stars is because of portability; if you want something more portable then dont buy this. Good luck finding anything smaller than a duffel bag to carry this beast. Oh, and the charger is the size of a paving brick and about 2.5 inches thick (put it somewhere tucked away; i stubbed my toe on the charger while it was under my desk). Other than portability, wonderful laptop with good specs for the price. If you are willing to pay a little more, you can get 1 terabyte SSD and make it an absolute powerhouse.

Out of the box dead GPU/Monitor. Then because it was purchased through a work contest it has been a nightmare to get it replaced.

This laptop was 2k and it doesnt work. I used it and it dint last a week. The laptop shut itself off and never turned on again. worst laptop to buy ever
