They also loweres the price by $60 a little over a week later and they dont price match open box so i felt a little cheated there as well. So far the actual pc seems to be working well.

Absolute junk

Missing accessories for my computer when I purchas

They told me it’s came like that and they can’t provide it to me. I spoke with the manager and she told me I can purchase keyboard, mouse and power cable then I can call customer service and explain it to them and they can do something about it and to give me a refund for it. I called customer service and explained them and they said since I purchased in store I can’t do anything about it. If you purchase something with excellent condition Then shouldn’t be with missing items then you have to buy separately. Poor customer service…

Unfair rating

For what I paid and what I expected, it was ok, but the overall usage was not a good experience. I ended up returning it and getting an Aegis instead. I can't really give the omen a fair rating but I loved the case. Was so pretty and I enjoyed having it for the little time that I did.

I bought it to run a 10 year old PC game and stream to tiktok. It barely handles those simple tasks. Please do yourself favor and purchase a better PC.
