Not potential fps

Sound issues, support issues.

Started having a sound problem just past the 15 day return. Worked with HP support, shipped it to them twice for repair. The repair guys were great, but they could not resolve the problem. Ended up having to insist on a refund. Total time to resolve issue was 14 wekeks. Bought a Lenovo.

Lemon or just bad product

Best Buy sent it out because the computer didn't even turn on - dead mother board!. They sent it out a second time while they still had it (I do love the Geek Squad). Every time I turn off the computer it forces me to reconnect a speaker or a mic. It is such a problem! Sadly I passed the return time...and I am not even using it for gaming! Just daily work. Buy something else!

Horrible gaming pc

Not even the fans where the same. One fan said “Omen” another fan said “Cool master” and the third fan didn’t even have a brand name. The PC didn’t last me a month as a matter of fact it only lasted 2 week when out of nowhere it would no longer turn on. The PC completely died on me. Tried contacting bestbuy and explain the situation to them and they where absolutely no help at all. Please spend you hard earned money somewhere else. Do not buy from bestbuy I have learned my lesson.
