Already had problems , sent to HP , still not running correctly.

Was looking to upgrade my gaming PC as I hadn’t done so in a couple of years. I know a little about what I’m doing but I’m definitely not an expert, so I wanted something that had everything built in so that I wouldn’t have to swap out parts or add anything. After checking out reviews, talking to a few friends, and seeing that this bad boy was on sale, I went for it. And she is a beast. Super quiet, fast, nice to look at. The only reason my review isn’t a 5 is because I had some issues in the set up process. I use my television as my monitor due to space issues. My old PC ran this just fine from an HDMI cable, so I tried the same thing - no dice. It would recognize the HDMI port for a split second, then it’d blip off the radar. In fact, the manual for the 40L doesn’t even show the HDMI port on the back of the system, which I thought was unusual. So I purchased an HDMI-to-DisplayPort cable, connected the HDMI to the TV and the DisplayPort to the PC and it’s been fine ever since. Long story short, great PC. Love it. Just don’t try to use the HDMI.

Couldn't access bios only got 90 fps on warzone thats terrible. Returned!!

Got it twice and both times it didn’t work so I had to return it. First time something seemed to be wrong with the ram then when I hit it fixed there was no picture. Then the second time it didn’t even boot on.

Poor assembly, blue screens on the regular, audio device issues, consistently unreliably, unfortunately.

Only a few weeks old and the pc keeps crashing when I try to play games on it. I've tried troubleshooting why running games on this gaming pc cause it to crash and no help. Do not buy

It would not load in display after troubleshooting

By far worst computer I've ever had. It cant ever handle basic games or even google chrome.

Returened within a week wouldnt work. Computer would not go into rest mode. This is a scam avoid.

So far it’s been amazing. No issues at all. Was by far the best option $1200 at the time of purchase. Only downside is the lack of audio ports in the back, and no digital audio ports. Lots of speakers have to end up using the headphones port in front. A 3070 in a $1200 pc is hard to beat. Will update if I have any issues down the line.

This has been an excellent computer so far- it has been quick, and runs every game I have played.

This was one of the biggest investments I have made, and i'm glad that I did. My pc has performed well and it is continuing to do so for me now. I hope to keep this thing for the rest of my life>

I have had this machine for a little over a month. It runs great and I have had no problems with it. The only thing I don't like is that it has McAfee security pre-installed on it.

Good graphics card and other components, however CPU bottlenecks badly and stutters a lot. It caused the gpu to not run games on high graphics at a steady framerate or at a high one either.
