“Gaming” laptop that overheats when you play games

Constant overheating, to the point of full shutdowns, any time I try to play a game while charging. Mind you, because this computer’s battery is so bad, you have to plug it in after an hour of play, or it will die. Do yourself a favor, and buy literally any other computer.

Defective power cable

I am in a geographically isolated area. Support was completely unhelpful and said my only recourse is to drive 6 hours to a Geek squad. Due to non-existent support for what should be an incredibly easy fix I do not recommend this product.
