The laptop is overall amazing however it seems that something is limiting the GPU from doing what it can do. I put my settings all the way on low for marvel rivals as well as POE 2 and the frames were inconsistent.

I have been pleased with performance and capabilities of this laptop. Its extremely light weight and compact considering it's capabilities. Productivity aside, I am able to run a custom resolution of 3840 x 1600 on my 48 inch C1 oled and average over 120 fps playing COD. I was considering getting an eGpu to drive gaming on my desk setup, but it's not necessary with the power of this unit.

Bought this laptop for my fiancée. She absolutely adores this device. Plays the games she enjoys without hitches like Destiny 2, Minecraft, and WoW. This laptop also manages to run at a decent temperature while staying relatively quiet during gameplay. The display is excellent as well, pretty good colors, and high refresh rate

An excellent laptop with a gorgeous display. The necessary graphics programs work perfectly. My child sometimes plays modern games—the graphics are excellent. The laptop is great!

I have now used this laptop for a year at the time of this review and the laptop has performed spectacularly. The only thing HP could do better would be to work on the battery backup even more.

I love the slim design, and the fact that it’s not lagging like my old Pc. The Face ID part doesn’t always work but that’s not why I got it. And it doesn’t have a huge impact on my daily use. I like the fact that I can play my games and immediately switch to my 3D modeling in one seamless Transitions. Over all it’s my favorite so far.

The item is like new. Éxcelent product with great performance.

Serious screen manufacturing defect. When opening from the center, the screen pops out. Best Buy Beavercreek talked us into buying the "Total Protection" when purchased (2 separate devices btw and both have the issue) and stated that they would just replace the device "with this protection plan purchase" if anything happened to it. Do not believe that because it is a complete fabrication and false advertisement. They will not just replace a $2000 laptop is what I was told today by the Geek Squad Tech that said the GM stated to him when asked what to do (purchased in March 2024) It has to go to service. Well this is the 2nd service for the issue that wasnt fixed the first time in a week. Took it in Jul 4 got it back Jul 10 and issue is still there. Took it back today Jul 13 and was told information above. What good is the $180 total protection then?? Sounds to me there needs to be some retraining because we were explicitly told it would allow the device to be completely replaced by a new one if something should happen. FALSE!! Do not waste your money on the total protection from Best Buy!!! I can't fault them for a defective manufactured device but I can fault them for providing false advertising to the consumer. Issue with the Omen Transcend 14 is the bezel is too small to cover the screen and when opening from the center, the screen pops out to where you can see the internals inside. Pics supplied.

Perfect size laptop. I'm a student and this perfectly fits inside my backpack taking up no extra space. Also, every game I've ran so far runs great. Only 2 problems though, one is that it gets hot and the fan noises are really loud if your playing a big game like Warzone. Another problem is that the battery drains quick but it makes it for it because it charges really fast. If those reasons don't bother you though this laptop is a must buy.

Excellent performance for both gaming and ai work. Battery life is obviously a function of the workload but given the small form factor, it is satisfactory.

Use it daily. Only downside is it does start to run hot after a short time
