It has been out for repair under warranty twice for a total of 4 months. I sent it out since the "e" key and touchpad stopped working. When I received it back, they said they fixed it, and upon return to Geek Squad, I confirmed that neither still worked correctly. Then I sent it out again just to wait 2 months for them to try to fix it, and to again get it back not repaired. I just sent it out a 3rd time. The hinge also makes a noise every time it is opened and closed, and part of the plastic near the hinge hangs off a little bit. Horrible quality control for a "premium" laptop.
