Customers are impressed with the Transcend 31.5" QD-OLED Gaming Monitor's exceptional picture quality, fast refresh rate, and vibrant OLED display. Many appreciate the inclusion of functional speakers, great brightness levels, and versatile connectivity options. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the large size of the power brick, occasional glitches with the KVM functionality, and the cumbersome firmware update process. A few customers also feel the price is a bit high compared to larger OLED TVs.

Terrible monitor, nothing but issues.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never in my life have I had so many issues with a piece of tech and I wish I had just returned this hunk of junk after it started giving me issues within 5 minutes of setting up. Plug it in, monitor goes inactive, hard restart computer, works when turned back on. Change resolution in a game, monitor goes inactive, hard restart computer, works. Go fullscreen with Youtube, Netflix, etc, monitor goes inactive, hard reset computer, maybe it works when you turn back on. Try to navigate through the on monitor menus, black screen suddenly. Unplugging monitor and replugging does nothing, unplugging video cable and reseating does nothing, changing from DP to HDMI, no change. Literal garbage would work better for my viewing experience.

Great specs bad quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor looks amazing on paper but falls short in every category. The colors are washed even when calibrated. The sound is tin can like. The stand is cheap plastic. The fans are extremely loud The KVM switch is lacking. The warranty is only a year I highly regret buying this monitor

Great OLED monitor.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always loved OLED screens since I had my Samsung Galaxy S2 way back in the day. Fast forward to 2024 there is plenty of OLED monitors out there with not huge screens like TV's I have seen like 5-8 years ago. This monitor is 32 inches which is quite nice. Much smaller the monitor I am currently using which is 48 inches. That is nice to use but I use it like a TV basically. This I use close up. Specs: 32 inch 4K OLED screen 240HZ resfresh 3 USB Type A ports 2 USB Type C ports 1 USB Type C Display port 2 HDMI ports 1 Display port Setup is easy and painless with no screws or anything needed. The stand connects to the monitor clicks in and the base has a screw that stays in that connects to the stand. It also comes with a USB Type A to C cable, Display port cable, HDMI cable and also USB Type C to Type C cable which is nice. The one thing I dislike is the power brick which is quite heavy. I wish they didn't have it anmd just included it internally inside the monitor. Otherwise this monitor is great. I use it with my PC and PS5 and looks great.

Crisp, bright and 240Hz, cant beat the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Alright, let's talk about the HP OMEN Transcend 31.5" QD-OLED gaming monitor, especially when you snag one in "open box fair" condition. For a premium piece of tech like this, "fair" can sound a little daunting, right? But let me tell you, sometimes, "fair" is where the real value hides – and for a monitor of this caliber, it's a gamble that can pay off big time! The "Open Box Fair" Adventure: When you hear "fair," it usually means there might be some minor cosmetic imperfections – maybe a tiny scuff on the stand, a faint mark on the bezel, or perhaps the packaging isn't pristine. You might even be missing a non-essential cable or two (though mine had everything crucial). The key is the core functionality. In my case, the panel itself was flawless, no dead pixels, no burn-in, and all the incredible performance was there. The massive savings compared to a brand-new unit made these tiny potential imperfections completely negligible. This isn't just buying a monitor; it's scoring a serious deal! Visuals That Will Blow Your Mind (QD-OLED & 4K UHD): This is where the Transcend lives up to its name. The QD-OLED panel is simply phenomenal. We're talking perfect, inky blacks that make everything else on screen pop with unbelievable contrast. Colors are vibrant, rich, and incredibly accurate, giving games and movies a depth and realism you have to see to believe. And with 4K UHD resolution spread across 31.5 inches, everything is pin-sharp. Text is crisp, game worlds are unbelievably detailed, and the visual immersion is next-level. This isn't just an upgrade; it's a revelation. Gaming Performance: Unstoppable Power (240Hz & G-SYNC Compatible): For gamers, this monitor is pure exhilaration. The 240Hz refresh rate is blazing fast, delivering unbelievably smooth motion. Pair that with QD-OLED's near-instantaneous response times, and ghosting becomes a distant memory. Every flick, every turn, every shot feels incredibly precise and fluid. Add to that G-SYNC Compatibility, and screen tearing is banished, ensuring your gameplay is always buttery smooth, regardless of your frame rate. Whether you're in a lightning-fast FPS or exploring a vast open world, the performance is just sublime.

Vivid colors and great for movies, games.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a beautiful display. Colors are rich, contrast is perfect, blacks are almost creamy they are so dark. Games look good on it, but you have to remember that static game elements like health bars, points, etc will cause burn-in over time. Movies and other HDR video sources look amazing. I highly recommend watching the Mario Kart/rainbow road section of the Mario Bros movie on this monitor. Your jaw will hit the floor and your eyes will be amazed. It’s absolutely gorgeous. If you are a hardcore gamer that needs the best, than this is a solid product for you. First person and third person shooters are very responsive. Rich graphical games like Fortnite, Avatar: Frontier of Pandora and Doom Eternal look amazing. Even more dark games like Diablo 4 and Cyberpunk look rich and alive on the OLED. I set my unit to a maximum 400 nits brightness (less than 50% of max) so hopefully the chances of burn-in or screen wear over time is minimized. Does have a 3 yr warranty against screen burn-in, but I hope to never need it. Just got to remember to take a 15 minute break every hour or so, letting the screen rest.

Incredible gaming monitor!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This review is on a HP OMEN - Transcend 32" QD-OLED 4K UHD 240Hz G-SYSNC monitor. This is exactly what you are looking for. The picture is outstanding, thrilling to view, spot on colors, smooth motion, and just perfect. All right out of the box. Nothing to change. Now the packaging inside the box is a little weird. There are a lot of compartments and parts to lift up, giving me the feel that I might be missing something, but it's all there. The monitor is super easy to put together. All you have to do is click the stand into the monitor. Then you hook the base to the stand and screw it on. The base is very heavy to give it a sturdy feel. The RGB lighting is glorious. It is the brightest I have ever seen on a monitor. Even with the screen in the middle of the room, you can see the colors on the wall. The screen does have a glossy look, so you get a little reflection if some light is from behind. The speakers are kind of surprising for a monitor. It would be nice to have a remote but the menu is easy to navigate with three buttons on the back. The menu is basically divided into gaming or professional mode. Different options are present under either mode. This is probably the biggest power brick I have ever seen for a monitor and the plug that goes into it is different than any other I have seen.
