I love this laptop! The processor allows for zoom transitions of many open applications and programs. The touch screen is precise and instantly reactive. The color is extremely vibrant. And the Battery life is better than any other laptop I’ve had in the past!

Purchased 10/6/25, and the keyboard letters are wearing off. Setting up my QuickBooks was so difficult that I don't want to return and set up another computer. will have to purchase a Bluetooth keyboard. Not impressed with Copilot or the touchscreen.

This HP laptop is a replacement for my old HP laptop. It works great and has all the features I need and is a very easy to use and fast and great battery life.

I bought this laptop to replace my old HP, but HP really messed things up with their changes.
1. The charger is a USB Type-A, and it's the only one. So if you have something plugged in, you have to unplug it to charge.
2. The sound is awful because the speakers are on the bottom. Seriously, who thought that was a good idea?
3. No more memory card slot. HP just got rid of it; no idea why.
4. If you just put it to sleep, the battery keeps draining. You have to hibernate or shut it down if you're taking a long break.
Taking it back to the store and getting another brand.

The HP OmniBook 3 Copilot+ PC is an impressive blend of performance and design. The AMD Ryzen 5 AI processor and 16GB of memory keep everything running smoothly, and the 15.6" Full HD touch screen is bright, responsive, and great for daily work. The Glacier Silver finish looks sleek, and the 512GB SSD provides fast load times. Overall, it’s a reliable, well‑built laptop that delivers excellent value.

So far the computer has been great and love the touch screen format. I am not a big computer user so the half off price was excellent and meets my needs. My Toshiba was 20 years old and still works. The hard drive just filled up with pictures. Hope this computer lasts similar.

This HP laptop boots up quickly and offers speedy access to the internet. I previously had a 10 year old Win 10 laptop which could not be upgraded to Win 11 so I decided it was time for an upgrade. So far, this new laptop seems to do tasks quickly and the battery life is excellent.

At 62 years old I really wanted a a MacBook. But life dictated that I get something I’m more familiar with. It works well for everyday computing needs. Not a powerhouse but general use. Nice large display. Light plastic case. Keyboard has the numeric keypad on the right which I prefer over using the number keys across the top. I don’t understand why they provide a usb-c charger and also include a separate barrel type power port. The laptop only has 1 usb-c port and charging will use that port with the included power adapter.

I’ve been very pleased with the HP OmniBook 3 Copilot+ PC overall. Performance is excellent for everyday work and multitasking—the AMD Ryzen 5 AI 330 handles productivity apps, browsing, and light creative tasks smoothly, and the 16GB of memory makes everything feel responsive. The 512GB SSD provides fast boot times and plenty of storage, and the Copilot+ features add a genuinely helpful layer for productivity.
The 15.6" Full HD touchscreen is a standout. It’s bright, clear, and responsive, making it great for both work and casual use. Battery life has also been solid, easily lasting through a full workday, and the Glacier Silver design looks clean and modern.
That said, the trackpad is the one noticeable downside. It tends to stick at times and feels cheaply made compared to the rest of the laptop. It works, but it doesn’t match the otherwise premium experience and could be improved in future versions.
Overall, this is a strong, capable laptop with excellent performance and display quality. If HP addresses the trackpad issue, it would be an outstanding option in its class.

For the past 13 years I have gone to Staples. In November I went to Staples to buy a new computer and did not like the service that I was given. I left the store and went to Best Buy. At Best Buy an associate waited on me and I told them what I was looking for. They actually suggested a different computer in the same price range and I bought it. They helped me with everything that I was going to need for software and support. Two days later, my computer was ready and I met with someone from the Geek Squad and he went through everything I needed to know.
I would highly suggest buying a computer from Best Buy.

so far it's working good. Does everything I need, for good price. Came with different power cord that doesn't plug in to the power port. think it's faster charge?
