    This computer works fine but does not have its own GPS which is why I bought this laptop. I purchased a map program that runs offline and this unit says it has internal GPS but it does not.

    Review is not for the product but for the customer service at the Bridgewater NJ Bestbuy #0544. I was offered a $300 discount for a price match during black friday sales day. Opened a ticket for it and got the process going. After a week when I followed up at the Bridgewater Bestbuy they have no records of the ticket and refused the discount for the price match. Please do not shop at the Bridgewater Bestbuy.

    I purchased this unit and in 5 days I was back at the store (which is 40 miles ) from my home. After a conversation with a tech, who said they could not fix it. The tech said maybe to return it, which I did. Since it was purchased on a BEST BUY credit card I am still waiting for my refund!
