    Review is not for the product but for the customer service at the Bridgewater NJ Bestbuy #0544. I was offered a $300 discount for a price match during black friday sales day. Opened a ticket for it and got the process going. After a week when I followed up at the Bridgewater Bestbuy they have no records of the ticket and refused the discount for the price match. Please do not shop at the Bridgewater Bestbuy.

    I purchased this unit and in 5 days I was back at the store (which is 40 miles ) from my home. After a conversation with a tech, who said they could not fix it. The tech said maybe to return it, which I did. Since it was purchased on a BEST BUY credit card I am still waiting for my refund!

    I bought this laptop for school and it definitely met all the criteria and more that I wanted in a laptop. The size is perfect for carrying around throughout the day. Great battery life and display. The added touch screen ability is a plus too.
