    I really love the form factor of this computer. I returned the first one because the click pad was not working correctly and when I received the replacement to click pads still was not working correctly. Anyone else having this issue? I've talked to HP but they want to fight me on this and are reluctant to fix the touchpad. Disappointed in HP. I have enjoyed working with the people at Best Buy. I wish they had a little bit longer return policy.

    Unfortunately i had to return it even though it was 400 bucks off at the time, my audio kept failing on Apple music, A rap app i used , ect . Sale is over or i might of tried another unit

    I will not advice any person to buy this product, in just two months of use the laptop will shout down on its own and will not turn on for hours. I later discover that it over heating. No i dont know if it has a fan or not. I stock with it, cant return since it since it over a month. Money wasted im never buying any hp product.

      Hi RolandT, Laptops can get warm during heavy use, but if your device is frequently running hot, consider adjusting to a more efficient power mode and make sure it has proper airflow and ventilation. snapdragon

    BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT. This processor is not compatible with many programs used in college such as Examsoft/Examplify. I just purchased this laptop 19 days ago and turns out I can’t use it to take my exams. Bestbuy won’t issue a refund because it is past the 14 day return window. Do not waste your money like I did.

    Purchased for general web browsing and trading. Frequently freezes. Must restart multiple times for the trackpad to register inputs at start up when it stops working. Seems to work best when attached to a docking station. Will trade in asap.

    Screen would go black after 2nd day of ownership. Would show boot animation but screen went black after. 2nd Samsung PC bought. 2nd Samsung PC returned.

    Lighting quick! User friendly. The battery life is long lasting. The screen brightness is okay. Love how light and small it is very portable. I bought it for my for girlfriend to have a long lasting laptop so she can complete college. Best deal at $599 the specs are solid
