Love this laptop! My first with a touch screen. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

My new HP laptop was one of the recommendations from the Macedonia, Ohio store. It was a seamless transfer from two HP laptops. There are some learning curves but other than that, great.

Its great laptop to have. It's functional and operates very well.

Nice computer so far. Has some glare on the screen, but tolerable. Screen resolution is sharp. Don't really use the touchscreen as it's new to us, but the lighted keypad and the feel of the keys is most excellent. We're happy with purchase so far. We had previously owned an HP 17", and until MS decided to make it obsolete, we were happy with that as well. Served us well for 12 years. This new laptop is sleek looking and feels like quality.

Enjoy our new laptop. We had to buy a new one after our church burned down and our previous one was destroyed. The salesman helped us with the laptop, printer and some accessories. Very happy with our purchase.

This HP laptop is in my opinion the best to have for everyday use. As a college student, I use this laptop most of the time for my class assignments including submitting papers. I highly recommend this one to anyone even if it’s someone whose attending college.

Great laptop! I love the slim body and the touch screen. The keyboard has large letter and number keys which makes it real easy to read. LOVE IT!!!

Easiest computer for me to operate in years, as long as we use GEEK Squad Total, vice HP support, with whom (HP) I found difficult to work.
