    Purchased about 3 weeks ago. Once after I lifted the lid after it had been asleep, the screen was black and I couldn't get it to do anything. I forced shut it down and it booted up ok. I hope that isn't things to come. I turned off the option for the pc to automatically wake up on opening the lid. It worked briefly but wakes up again when you open the lid. I got it on sale for $499, but it's now down to $419. Durn.

    My opinion is baised because I only buy HP when it comes to computers and printers. I purchased this computer for my son but returned it because the one I wanted for him went on sale. I'm sure it would have been a great laptop because in my opinion you can't go wrong with HP.

    I expected more out of this computer upon testing for 13 days it has frozen a few times which I was not expecting from a brand new product. I haven't had a computer for 5 years and I expected this one to be blazing fast only to be disappointed. The screen quality is decent. It has a backlit keyboard which could be brighter. The sound quality is not great at all.

    This was an unplanned purchase made because of the need to upgrade my existing computer to Windows 11. It’s light weight and performs wonderfully. The reason for only four stars is that I’m having difficulty getting used to the keyboard. It’s very different from my last keyboard.

    I love this laptop. Everything about it. Only had it a few weeks but I am enjoying the big touch screen. I also have a Surface Pro but wanted a bigger one to keep at home. It has become my favorite now.

    All was well for weeks, but suddenly up-arrow and down-arrow keys became hard to control, making pages difficult to navigate, and enlarging text size in New York Times app also confounds navigation. Not sure whether fault lies with computer or apps.
