User friendly experience, competitive pricing, and excellent service!

It’s a great laptop but I am not a fan of the one button touchpad and also the laptop is advertised as having 1TB of space but it’s comes with about 200 gb of occupied space

Purchased over the weekend-this computer has some nice specs but... runs very hot and has already froze up. Will be returning!

It’s worked really well so far. Ive had no issues with it.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my family who live in another country. Unfortunately, when they started using it, they noticed it has serious heating issues, making it difficult to operate. Since this was my first gift to them, it’s disappointing that they aren’t satisfied with it. Waste of time and money… spending so much money on this laptop.

Decent computer for the price, but freezes up from time to time.

Nice computer, battery life is kind of suspect. Debating whether to keep it or not. Nothing to write home about.

In less than 2 months time i had to return it to the store for a replacement. The customer service is a big joke. All they try to do is get more money from you.

The connections on the first computer failed and am having problems with the replacement computer. The Best Buy geek squad employee suggested I may want to replace the second computer. A very poor experience!

had it for 3 days gets very very hot and the battery drain SOOOO fast... returned it and got a microsoft surface too bad it had so much potential

I purchased the HP 14" Omnibook X from Best Buy on September 28. Today (October 20) I get a "Boot Device not Found" error code 3F0. I almost never buy computers from Best Buy because of the 14 day return window and I almost never buy HP. I am regretting both decisions immensely right now. I have been on the phone with HP's tech support for over an hour and a half I would like nothing more than to send this computer back to Best Buy/HP.

There was a hardware program with this laptop. I had to return it.

Within about 2weeks of using this I received a cmos error.

I have owned this laptop for 2 months. When plugged in it will not charge the battery. When I turn it on with the power cord connected it puts a pop up on the screen that says 'You have installed an aftermarket battery" which have never done. I cannot get past this pop up to sign into the computer

Not the best experience, four month after the purchase date it started having some heating problems and then it just went into bios mode and wouldn't start. I had no choice to take it back

I love this computer! Fast, lots of storage and lighted keyboard. Absolutely wonderful!

This is a polished, capable, long-term laptop that quietly does everything well. The 24GB RAM + Ryzen AI combo makes it feel fast now and ready for what Windows is clearly heading toward.
