My daughter loves this laptop and is going to college for computer science. Has way more power and storage than needed.

Smooth operation, great manner, awesome display. Battery life is fantastic. Surprisingly slower than what I would of expected, but still a good laptop.

I needed a new computer because I ran out of space on my other one. The open box was advertised to be an excellent condition. And it was! It is just like new and I am so excited to transfer everything over.

As a student taking an excellerated writing class the Co Pilot feature came in super duper handy, touch screen feature helps navigate the screen when in a hurry, ive found it to be compatible with the HP Title Stylus pen. Thw notebook feature is great for attending class anywhere. Even from in the car. 10/10 recommended

Overall it came in good condition you could see a few smudges but that’s all the screen and computer run good so far (08/10/25) However the battery life sucks, it doesn’t last too long even when i barely use it. If i got a full days use out of it. The computer battery would not make it the full day.

So far - one month in - this has proven to be an excellent laptop, meeting every demand and expectation I had of it. Fast, excellent multitasking, sleek design, very good touchpad and keyboard, bright and clear screen. And I got this at a discount because I purchased it as "open box - excellent." It was indistinguishable from a factory fresh model.

Great product and staff was helpful is the selection of a new laptop. Plus they had them out on display so that you could see and touch the product.

Wonderful laptop, well built, no issues except the LCD when black it shows some light bleed in the corners. It's not visible when the screen is not black, thought I'm afraid that the screen is sensitive to pressure or fragile if it fell. Got it on discount so can't complain. 5 stars.

Works great so far but it does lag a little bit at times and gets hot if I use a bigger program like Cricut Design space

Cool touch screen, made of quality material it does not feel cheap, it is good for multitasking and heavy use, it also has different modes so you can optimize its performance, the keyboard takes a little time to get used to

Perfect! It has worked for me and i have had minimal issues. Just some restarting things, but that was on me.

Good quality, good performance, good battery life. But still left wanting more

The product was readily available and I was tracking the pricing for awhile and it hit an amazing price and finally decided to finally make the purchase. There were many positive reviews which helped make my decision. I have had nothing but experiences using this. No glitches, simple to use, straightforward.

This computer has been working great for me. I got the apx 14 inch version and it’s practical for every day use

Awesome screen color as well as crisp clean picture. Prefect for the type of computer work (Word, Excel, email, etc...) I do on a daily basis. The size is just right, not to big or to small, to fit my lap desk so I can work from anywhere with a touchpad or external mouse.
