This is a well built tank of a 2n1 notebook. While the touch capabilities are great, having a few ways to use and display the screens is great. It is fast and Copilot AI capabilities are smooth as ever. I love it so much I bought another one. Used with graphics programs, business processing, programming, and online gaming without any hiccups.

They never try to push the most expensive thing, just cause. Greatly appreciated the Best Buy staff. We bought this laptop for my daughter who is about to start freshman year of college. It handles all the needs and requirements she has for success to continue her education.

I had an HP almost like the new one. The main difference I have found is the larger flatter keys. I love that feature!! There are helpful navigation messages in any program I open. Copilot instructions are in Word which help with the ease and perfection of making a new document. All the navigation tools make the experience more user friendly!

I love my new laptop It is so fast and easy to use. I am 80 years old and the functions I need are way above what I expected. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase a new laptop I do a lot of quilting on line, and genealogy among many other things Thank you Best Buy for all your help in helping me choose the right laptop for my needs. word perfect is so helpful and all the other programs I purchased.

Its been 2 weeks now and I will say this laptop is more optimal to handle day to day activities. Touch is very smooth. But the laptop weighs a bit more than the one which I used previously. Overall am satisfied with my purchase!!!

HP Omni book X-Flip Laptop - This was available at the time with good holiday pricing. I am more of a Dell person. I like their warranty onsite service . The ads for their laptops and Lenovo was listing older tech. I wanted USB-C 2.0 or better. This laptop had better display resolution as well along with 6E wireless. The processor speed isn’t up there with the other high end processors, but I am a retired pc and server service person, and more interested in home business use and browsing now. The OS is Windows Home 11. I’m use to the Pro version, so I will see how limited my options are. The battery life is rated in the 21 hours + range. I picked up a USB-C dock with Ethernet and SD and micro sd card and a 220w USB-c charger and additional cable to push the 100w dock and to charge the HP Omni book X-Flip Laptop. Setup was very easy and straightforward. I only wish that I had a backup on iCloud first. The process would have gleaned over my data effortlessly. I do have a separate backup on hdd and SD card so I did that. I will setup the iCloud backup later for this laptop. Purchasing this laptop was easy and I upgraded to the BestBuy Plus membership as a bonus freebee. I had a base membership before. I can’t speak for HP reliability yet since it is too early since the Labor Day weekend purchase. It looks great though ! I am sure that this laptop will last me for a long while more.

Bought my first laptop (brand name). Display seemed ok. Boot up speed faster than my old desktop. Keyboard meh, but I am no typist. But, it wouldn't update through the initial setup. Had to update manually. Then the battery life...4 hours of streaming or just surfing and battery below 10%. Charged and drained many times. Still 4 hours. Returned that thing. Went to BB. Talked to Ty. They had a great deal on an HP laptop/tablet. Absolutely no comparison. Same memory and drive size. Upgraded chipset. Onboard AI. Better sound. Same price, vivid display, fast boot, awesome keyboard (with a backlight that actually helps). Battery lasts almost 10 hours. Oh, and it doesn't get hot just surfing. Would highly recommend an HP omnibook flip. If that's not what you are after, talk to Ty, get set up.
